Absolutely fantastic e-bike rental experience!

The bikes were in excellent condition – smooth, powerful, and clearly well-maintained. Everything was explained clearly before we set off, and they even provided us with water bottles which was a nice touch.

We ended up getting a bit lost and returned several hours later than planned, but the gentleman running the shop was incredibly kind and understanding. He actually met us partway down the mountain with bike lights and then personally escorted us back to make sure we got back safely.

Customer service like this is rare — truly above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this place more. 5/5 without hesitation!

We had an amazing experience renting e-bikes from Le Bici di Eric & Paul. We walked in without reservations and got recommendations on routes around Lake Garda. We ended up deciding to bike to Lake Ledro which goes on fairly rocky terrain but had no problem as first time mountain bikers with these e-bikes. Even better than the quality of the bikes was the high level of service we received. Constantine was very friendly, generous and honest, making sure we were comfortable on our bikes and fitted correctly. He even noticed that we had one heavy backpack and lent us one to split the weight more evenly. Partway into the bike ride, we accidentally dropped one of our helmets off a cliff when taking it off. We weren’t sure what to do but called him and he biked up to where we were, bringing another helmet so that we could continue our ride. He goes above and beyond, going out of his way to help us and we had such a memorable day! We would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone in the area!!! Incredible service, great e-bikes and reasonable prices!

We popped in last minute on a Friday in September after we realized the bike shop we were originally going was closed and experienced absolutely amazing customer service. The owner of the shop walked us through everything and advised us on where to go based on our interests and skill levels. Each bike came with a helmet, a bike lock, and a water all ready to go. Super warm and friendly hospitality. We grabbed a picture with the owner at the end and I cannot recommend coming here enough!

Probably the best cycle hire shop we have ever used. Mihai was so full of information and ideas of where we could cycle to. He explained the difference between the different routes, made recommendations and we never felt rushed. The bikes were great with no problems. We cycled to Rovereto, about 25km away, enjoying the great mountain scenery.

I absolutely loved this bike rental and will definitely come back!
It was my first time riding an e-bike and... wow – such an amazing experience!
I’m so glad I followed the owner’s advice and explored Lago di Tenno and Lago di Ledro – stunning routes and unforgettable views!

The city bike was also perfect for a relaxing trip to Arco and Torbole.
You can get everything you need: a helmet, phone holder, water (for free!), and even a trailer for your dog.
The rental process was quick and easy, and you can swap bikes anytime if needed.

The owner is super friendly and helpful – I truly recommend this place with all my heart!

To było moje pierwsze doświadczenie z rowerem elektrycznym i… wrażenia WOW!
Cieszę się, że posłuchałam porad właściciela – dzięki jego wskazówkom wybrałam się nad jeziora Lago di Tenno i Lago di Ledro. Trasy były przepiękne, a przeżycia niezapomniane!

City bike też świetnie się sprawdził – idealny na spokojną wycieczkę do Arco i Torbole.
Do roweru można dobrać wszystko, czego potrzeba: kask, uchwyt na telefon, wodę (gratis!), a nawet wózek dla psa!
Samo wypożyczenie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie, a w razie potrzeby rower można łatwo wymienić.

Właściciel jest niezwykle pomocny, życzliwy i zna się na rzeczy – naprawdę polecam z całego serca tę wypożyczalnię!

Sehr guter Service!

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig noch zwei Fahrräder für den Tag bekommen. Wir wurden super beraten, was die Route die wir fahren wollten angeht.
Leider mussten wir ein Fahrrad schon vor Mittag zurück geben, weil sich meine Freundin aufgrund der vielen Menschen nicht wohl gefühlt hat.
Auch das war kein Problem und wurde sehr Kulant gehandhabt.
Ich bin dann alleine weiter gefahren und wurde nochmal zu einer neuen Route beraten.

Die Fahrräder sind sehr gut ausgestattet und kommen mit Fahrradschloss, Helm, Handyhalterung, Licht und sogar einer Flasche Wasser.

Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung.

Ich empfehle den Laden zu 100% weiter und komme bei Gelegenheit definitiv wieder.

Abbiamo noleggiato una bici con un sellino davanti per il nostro bambino di quasi 9 mesi. Contantin, il proprietario ci ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio facendoci prima provare la bici con il piccolo se stava bene nel seggiolino ed era tutto in sicurezza, data l'età al limite per l'utilizzo dello stesso. Tutto bene, abbiamo passato una giornata fantastica e Constantin è stato veramente bravo. Una fantastica persona e un servizio impeccabile. Ci torneremo.

Siamo stati in questo negozio di e-bike nel pieno di ferragosto e il proprietario ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha subito fornito le bici ed è stato super approfondito nella spiegazione dell'utilizzo visto che per noi era la prima volta in sella ad una e-bike. È stato anche molto disponibile nel spiegarci tutto il percorso da fare per il sentiero del Ponale. Che dire, molto professionale. Torneremo sicuramente da lui per il prossimo giro.

FANTASTICO, il proprietario Constantin è veramente gentile e molto disponibile, ti accoglie con calore e con cura, e ci tiene molto nel far vivere una bellissima esperienza a bordo delle sue E-Bike.
Il prezzo del noleggio è ottimo considerando che include anche lo zainetto, una bottiglietta di acqua e il casco, con dei bei consigli sui tragitti. Le bici sono curate e tenute bene, e disponibili in tutte le misure.
Durante la discesa dal Lago di Ledro purtroppo ho forato una gomma e nel giro di 15 minuti è arrivato Constantin e mi ha cambiato la gomma, permettendomi di proseguire la giornata senza problemi. Quindi il servizio che offre è perfetto in tutti i punti

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen und super beraten! Uns wurden auch Fragen beantwortet von denen wir nicht wussten, dass wir sie hatten! Die inkludierten Rucksäcke und Helme waren sehr praktisch. Es wurde mehrfach betont, dass wir uns bei jeglichen Fragen oder Problemen sofort melden sollen. Sogar nach dem gps Anbieter für unsere gewählte Route wurde gefragt und wir haben Tipps der Routenänderung bekommen die sehr hilfreich waren.

He took the time to explain the e-bikes, gave us tips on the best routes, and even recommended some great stops along the way.

The e-bikes were in perfect condition—smooth, powerful, and made the ride effortless, even on uphill stretches. It was a beautiful, sunny day with fewer crowds, which made the experience even better. Riding along the lake and through the scenic roads was truly unforgettable.

Quando la simpatia si unisce alla professionalità. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale ed è stato molto professionale suggerendo la bici più adatta per mia moglie. Inoltre ha fornito molte informazioni e suggerimenti sul giro che volevamo fare (Sentiero del Ponale e Lago di Ledro).
