Bardzo polecam tę wypożyczalnię rowerów – korzystaliśmy z niej już dwukrotnie, wypożyczając rowery elektryczne (full oraz hardtail). Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie. Pani Valentina z ogromnym zaangażowaniem doradza, co warto zobaczyć w okolicy, podpowiada na co zwrócić uwagę oraz jak zadbać o bezpieczeństwo roweru.

Rowery są solidnie przygotowane – to modele marki KTM z napędem Bosch, który sprawdza się świetnie. Wypożyczalnia oferuje także kaski, uchwyty na telefon i różne akcesoria, co jest dużym udogodnieniem.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również pan serwisant – zawsze dokładnie przygotowuje rower, przeprowadza instruktaż z obsługi i dba o każdy szczegół. Do każdego roweru otrzymujemy zabezpieczenie z alarmem, co daje dodatkowy spokój.

Zdecydowanie polecam tę wypożyczalnię każdemu, kto szuka profesjonalnej obsługi i świetnie przygotowanego sprzętu!

De elektrische mountainbikes die hier verhuurd worden zijn van heel goede kwaliteit. De gastvrouw is echt super vriendelijk en spreekt meerdere talen waaronder ook Nederlands. Kortom een top ervaring en een echte aanrader.

Mit Happy Bike waren wir sehr zufrieden !
Wir haben 2 Fahrräder und einen Anhänger für die Kinder ( 4 & 1 Jahre alt ) benutzt. Eine von Happy Bike empfohlene Fahrradtour war absolut atemberaubend. Die Rückgabe war unproblematisch. Valentina war sehr freundlich und für Rückfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Spricht auch sehr gut deutsch. Gerne wieder :)

We hired bikes from Happy Bike when we stayed in Riva Del Garda in late June 2025.
We received great service and friendly advice from Valentina and Gian Luca. The bikes were competitively priced and well maintained. They were comfortable to ride and coped easily with the 65km trail we followed to Sarche and the canyon path beyond.
We would definitely recommend Happy Bike and hope to return next year 🚲 👍.

Vandaag topdag gehad met de e-mountain bikes. Meer dan voldoende accu voor veel bergop met veel ondersteuning. Einde dag nog zeker 30% over. Ruim 55 km gefietst naar Lago de Ledro (prachtige uitdagende route) en daarna door naar Castelo di Arco via idilische straatje. Op basis van gunfactor moet je de fietsen zeker huren bij Valentina & Gian Luca. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Riva komen we zeker weer langs. Tnx Valentina & Gian Luca

Fin dal contatto telefonico con Valentina, abbiamo percepito cordialità e professionalità, confermate poi il giorno del ritiro delle biciclette.
La simpatia è professionalità di Gian Luca e Valentina unite all'utilizzo di e bike performanti della KTM, ci hanno permesso di passare una bellissima giornata in famiglia.
Sicuramente saranno il nostro punto di riferimento per future escursioni.

Reliable, trustworthy and caring - this is the simplest way to describe Happy Bike run by Valentina and Gianluigi. The bikes are in perfect condition, equipped with spare tire and air pump in case you run into troubles in the mountains. We cycled ~350km during 5 days rental, reaching more than 6000m elevations when summed up - without any issues. Great idea with provoding the city bikes upon e-bike return each evening :)
Tip: take your personal saddle if you prefer harder, more sport-like saddle.
Thank you for making our stay around Garda lake so pleasurable!

I popped in this morning to ask about the possibility of a bike hire and the people there were extremely helpful and very upfront with what was needed. Because of this great service I immediately hired a bicycle (and helmet because who wants head trauma) for a very reasonable price.

The person who served me asked if I had a plan and what sort of ride I was looking for and gave me directions (and a map) for a somewhat challenging ride (I am in training for a triathlon at the moment), which I followed and was lucky enough to see some truly spectacular views.

Service was quick, friendly and very easy to arrange. Highly recommend.

Fantastyczna obsługa w wypożyczalni Happy Bike w Rive. Przemiła Pani mówiąca w 7 językach. Wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnione. Decydując się na rezerwację podpisuje się umowe oraz płaci się cala kwotę z góry. Rowery sa rano gotowe, zgodnie z zamówieniem, każdy oklejony. Super lokery, które maja alarm jak się je porusza gdy sa zamknięte. Co ułatwia pilnowanie rowerów w czasie odpoczynku czy jedzenia. Gorąco polecam. Pani ma pełno propozycji tras, a jak usłyszała co chcemy zrobić to wysłała nam od razu na maila track trasy z punktami atrakcjami. Extra! Brakuje jedynie roweru w wersji full.

🇩🇪 Wir haben fünf E-Bikes ausgeliehen und waren total zufrieden! Gian-Luca und Veronika sind zwei unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Sie haben uns alles in Ruhe erklärt, waren sehr geduldig und immer freundlich. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen haben sie sofort weitergeholfen. Die Fahrräder waren sauber, vollgeladen und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Es war alles unkompliziert und hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Wir können diesen Bikeshop nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Abbiamo noleggiato cinque e-bike e siamo stati completamente soddisfatti! Jan-Luca e Veronika sono due persone estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno spiegato tutto con calma, con tanta pazienza e sempre con il sorriso. In caso di domande o piccoli problemi ci hanno aiutato subito. Le bici erano pulite, completamente cariche e in perfette condizioni. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Tutto è stato semplice e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo noleggio bici!

Ich habe für mich und meinen 9 jährigen Sohn zwei eMTB Räder (29 und 24 Zoll) geliehen und möchte mich nochmal für den tollen Service bedanken. Die Räder waren im super Zustand, die Beratung auf Größe und Anforderungsprofil zugeschnitten. Wir haben die Räder jeweils abends abgegeben und morgens wieder frisch entgegen genommen, somit benötigten wir den Fahrradkeller unseres Hotels garnicht und brauchten uns auch keine Gedanken um die teuren Räder während der Nacht machen.
Wir kommen definitiv beim nächsten Urlaub wieder und werden euch auch weiter empfehlen.

Fabulous set-up and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We rented four electric mountain bikes as we wanted to cycle the Ponale Trail. The bikes were superb with great battery life. Pricing was clear and competitive. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Rent from Happy Bike. You won’t regret it.

Wir hatten drei E-Mountainbikes und sind in Riva del Garde die Ponalestrasse zum Ledrosee gefahren. Tolle Tour, für die uns Valentina (ich gehe mal davon aus dass sie es war) noch wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. Gian Luca hat uns die Handhabung der Fahrräder auf deutsch erklärt. Hat alles prima geklappt. Man muss einen Personalausweis und ne Kreditkarte hinterlegen, was bei dem Wert der Bikes nachvollziehbar ist. Helme können für 3 Euro dazu gemietet werden. Handhalterung für 2 €. Man hat die Telefonnummer, um sich im Notfall zu melden, war zum Glück nicht notwendig. Was für uns wichtig war, dass in 200 Meter ein Parkhaus war in dem wir bequem unser Auto während der Tour parken konnten.
