Das sehr nette und kompetente Team hatte mir meinen Urlaub gerettet!! Schon am zweiten Urlaubstag ist mir eine Speiche auf einem Trail gerissen, die Jungs haben mich sofort reingeschoben und diese fachmännisch repariert. Preis Leistung ist überragend...wenn es mehr Sterne gäbe, würde ich mehr geben.
Ach die Artikel im Shop sind hochwertig und man sollte da mal vorbei schauen.

Called Yesterday and asked if they could change the tube. On my wife’s bike that had a flat. Came in this morning and was greeted by very friendly people, all Big smiles and very polite. They fixed the bike right away, at a very fair price- I Can Only recommend this place, if you are in need of assistance with your bike.

Das Beste Geschäft weit und breit !

Francesca und Emmanuelle sind die besten Profis.

Hilfsbereit, fachlich einfach einzigartig.
Die Beratung ging weit, über das einfache beraten hinaus.
Ich kann dieses Geschäft nur bestens empfehlen !
Übrigens habe ich mein e-Bike im Jahr 2019, in diesem Geschäft gekauft und im Mai 2025, von der Schweiz aus, es bis nach Riva, ohne Probleme geschafft
"Doktor Emanuelle" hat mir nun diesmal, sowohl die Kette, als auch hinter die Zahnräder in 20 Minuten gewechselt.

Ich schreibe diese Rezession aus der Umgebung von Mantova und immer noch alles bestens, mein e-Bike fährt und fährt und fährt.

Avevo bisogno di sostituire una pedalina. Nulla di che. Ma il negozio era pieno. Emanuele gentilmente mi ha eseguito il lavoro per permettermi di non perdere il pomeriggio di bici. Lavoro rapido e pulito. E non è la prima volta. Credo che il valore della gentilezza sia davvero pari alla professionalità che distingue il negozio. Ci sono andato, e ci ritornerò ,senza dubbio. Consigliato assolutamente.

Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare qualcuno che avesse la capacità e la professionalità di Emanuele per cambiare la centralina e il motore alla mia bici elettrica, ormai tutti ti dicono di comprare i pezzi online e di fare da solo perché non sanno dove mettere le mani..quindi VE LO CONSIGLIO, anche perché mentre aggiustano la vostra bicicletta potete prendere un caffè nel bar che si trova esattamente accanto al negozio -Mountain & bike Riva Del Garda (ex Leoni Cicli)-.
Approfittate della comodità per ricordare tutte le avventure intraprese in sella alla vostra e-bike..per poi poterne fare di nuove💪

Ho portato la bici per una riparazione al cambio in seguito ad una caduta. Servizio veloce e professionale, il meccanico è molto preparato.
L'ambiente è accogliente, mentre mi sistemavano la bici la signora mi ha dato dei consigli su alcuni sentieri da fare. Ottimo anche il prezzo, onesto per un servizio di qualità.
Consiglio vivamente.

Großartiges Fahrradgeschäft!!! Helfen perfekt: schnell und pragmatisch. Sehr professionell, sehr freundlich. Tolle Werkstatt, mega ausgestattet und man kennt sich auch mit Rennrädern aus, nicht nur mit (e-)mtb. Hab am ganzen Gardasee nach einem Flaschenhalter gesucht. War in X Geschäften und hier haben sie auf Nachfrage den für mich perfekten aus dem Lager gezaubert. MILLE GRAZIE!!!

Super nett und sehr guter Service,
bin heute dort hin, weil ich ein knacken bei meinem EMTB am Steuerlager hatte.
Die nette Dame hörte sich mein Problem an, sagte ich solle 15 Minuten warten dann kümmert sich der Mechaniker darum.
Das Problem wurde super schnell gelöst, die Gabel ausgebaut die ganzen Lager gesäubert und gefettete und das alles zu einem super fären Preis.

Senza essere cliente, sono passato in negozio per ordinare un pezzo di ricambio che tra l'altro costava veramente poco, me l'hanno ordinato e chiamato quando è arrivato . Normale direte ma purtroppo non è da tutti.
Comunque, a parte la gentilezza, ho scoperto un bellissimo negozio e sicuramente quando cambierò bici , penserò a loro in priorità.

Ho acquistato una Specialized Rockhopper nel mese di Dicembre e vivendo a Lecce ho concluso il tutto in via telefonica.
Che dire gentilezza e serietà impressionanti.

These guys do their very best to help you out. I sent an e-mail and got a reply quick. Afterwards I got on the phone with Francesca who speaks English. Excellent mechanic in the shop got my bike fixed in no time. Highly recommended if you are in the Riva area.
