While staying at Olbia last year, my husband and I decided to go kayaking and dolphin watching. We were so happy that we chose Orange Bay because the experience was fantastic! We saw dolphins many times and in the break they prepared us delicious sardinian fingerfood and beverage. We also played a game where my husband luckily won! Besides the dolphin experience, the instructors also helped us with some information about local cuisine and one of them (was Carla the name of the instructor?) recommended us one fantastic restaurant which we visited on the way to Alghero. All in all, siamo grati per questa meravigliosa esperienza!

Nous avons réservé une excursion en kayak pour 3, de 14h à 16h30. Réservation confirmée mais alors que nous attendions, je vérifie la confirmation pour m'apercevoir que l'heure a été changée sans nous prévenir : de 16h à 18h30. Soit on attend ! 16h personne ! J'appelle et m'entends dire qu'ils n'ont pas la réservation (pour autant j'ai eu un débit de 50 centimes pour confirmer ma carte bancaire) et me propose l'excursion de 18h ! Trop tard pour nous.
Dommage ce n'est pas sérieux ! Je comprends qu'il faille un minimum de clients, mais le respect est de prévenir les clients. La petite est déçue et nous aussi.

J'attends toujours le versement des 50 centimes (par principe) car nous avons attendu de 13h30 à 16h15.
