Wir haben online einen Scooter gemietet und es war insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung.
Der Vermieter war super nett und der Roller war auch sehr gut. Bei der Rückgabe der Kaution gab es auch keine Probleme.
Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter 👍

I arrived in Olbia by cruise ship and rented a car from them online. I definitely recommend their service to anyone needing a rental. They clearly explained the rules in Sardinia, and we inspected the car together. They made sure I knew exactly what I was receiving, which was very professional. Their rental prices were also the best in Olbia near the port. I would definitely use their service again in the future and recommend it to my friends.

Noleggiato scooter 125 cc, ho utilizzato il loro sito per prenotare in anticipo e pagare. Molto disponibile il ragazzo alla reception e gentile nel fornire tutte le spiegazioni di funzionamento dello scooter e le indicazioni delle strade, dato che nei pressi del noleggio c'è la Ztl. Io ho usato l'app Waze per evitare di incorrere in multe o altro. Il costo é competitivo rispetto ad altre agenzie di noleggio, la cauzione é di 300 euro ma mi é stata restituita dopo qualche ora dal controllo finale. La moto era funzionante al 100% non ha dato nessun problema, i freni erano settati nel modo giusto, agile e comodo. Se dovessi tornare ad Olbia sarà la mia scelta per il noleggio. Dimenticavo, l'ufficio é facilmente raggiungibile perché situato al centro.

Prenotato scooter 125 per scampagnata alla scoperta della Gallura.

Nonostante il ritardo di 15min rispetto all’orario di consegna del veicolo (siamo arrivati che era ancora tutto chiuso e abbiamo dovuto chiamare) e la mancata segnalazione sul sito del costo della caparra di 300€ (non tutte le agenzie di noleggio hanno costi di caparra quindi sarebbe meglio segnalarlo visto che non tutti, soprattutto giovani in vacanza, hanno la possibilità di far trattenere queste cifre), il personale è stato gentile e disponibile nel spiegarci nel dettaglio tutto ciò che dovevamo sapere sul veicolo e sulle strade da evitare per non prendere multe.

Per tutta la durata del viaggetto (quasi 150km tra andata e ritorno) il veicolo non ci ha dato problemi, riuscendo a cavarsela anche nelle strade strerrate di campagna.

Nel complesso posso ritenermi soddisfatta, ma non posso mettere 5 stelle perché se avessi avuto un traghetto da prendere o un orario da rispettare quel ritardo avrebbe compromesso l’intera giornata di vacanza.

Wir kamen in Olbia an und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sprach ausgezeichnet Deutsch und erklärte sehr klar und gelassen alle Bedingungen, Versicherungsdetails und die Bedienung des Fahrzeugs.
Das Auto (Fiat Panda) war nicht neu, aber makellos: vollgetankt, sauber und ohne jegliche Mängel. Während der gesamten Fahrt hatten wir keinerlei Probleme – das Fahrzeug hat hervorragende Dienste geleistet.
Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass uns die Mitarbeiterin bei der Rückgabe zum Flughafen gebracht hat – obwohl das nicht zu ihrem Pflichtprogramm gehörte. Dank dieser netten Unterstützung konnten wir unsere Reise sehr angenehm abschließen.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die wunderbaren Menschen bei Olbia Rent – euer Service und eure persönliche Betreuung machen den Unterschied. Ich empfehle dieses Unternehmen von ganzem Herzen.

Fantastic service provided! We had some troubles with other rentals in Italy trying to take more money than originally paid but you can be assured Olbia rent is not like those dodgy rentals. The communication was great, very friendly, prices very very competitive and even cheap for a last minute pickup. Pickup and drop off easy and a bonus that you don’t need a credit card left. Ho prenotato l’auto la mattina stessa e, nonostante il poco preavviso, il titolare è stato puntualissimo all’appuntamento. Massima disponibilità e cortesia: al momento della riconsegna si è addirittura offerto di recuperare l’auto direttamente al porto, facilitandomi enormemente. Such a nice car rental service! Strongly recommend. No credit card required, which is a great plus. Deposit for our car was 500 euro and was immediately transferred back after we gave back the car. Arianna speaks perfect english, she has been so friendly and really helpful. She has explained all the parking rules in Sardegna to us and when we had a problem with a tire (our tire went flat during the trip), she was again very helpful and informative on how to deal with the situation.
Cannot recommend more (especially having some bad experiences with other car rentals in Italy before) - really a hidden gem with a smooth communication and helpful approach to the customers!

Assolutamente consigliato. Ho noleggiato uno scooter 125 a un prezzo competitivo con il quale non ho avuto alcun problema durante il viaggio. I due gestori sono anche amichevoli e simpatici e la signora alla scrivania parla anche inglese. La sede è in una stradina del centro storico di Olbia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal porto o dalla ruota panoramica. Per il mio prossimo viaggio in Sardegna, adesso so già dove noleggiare un’auto o uno scooter.

Meine Freundin und ich haben vor Kurzem für unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Hochsaison auf Sardinien hier einen Roller gemietet, und wir sind rundum begeistert von unserer Erfahrung mit diesem Verleih. Für 35€ pro Tag erhielten wir einen Roller, der sich in einem absolut neuwertigen Zustand befand. Die sorgfältige Pflege und Wartung war offensichtlich, und das trug maßgeblich zu unserer Sicherheit und unserem Fahrspaß bei.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Teams, das den Roller vermietet hat. Die Dame und der Herr, die uns den Roller übergeben haben, waren äußerst herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tatsache, dass die Dame Deutsch sprach, erleichterte die Kommunikation erheblich und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben fühlten.

Die gesamte Abwicklung verlief äußerst professionell. Wir erhielten einen klaren und verständlichen Vertrag, der alle notwendigen Informationen enthielt. Das gab uns das beruhigende Gefühl, dass alles rechtlich abgesichert war und es zu keinen unangenehmen Überraschungen kommen würde.

Insgesamt war die Erfahrung mit diesem Verleih hervorragend, und wir würden ohne zu zögern wieder dorthin gehen, wenn wir in der Zukunft erneut Sardinien besuchen. Wir empfehlen diesen Verleih allen Reisenden, die einen zuverlässigen und professionellen Roller-Verleih suchen, um die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Je me suis rendu ici cet apres midi pour louer un scooter , c est simplement 5 ⭐
Acceuil familial, prix tres intéressants et personnel arrangeant.

L agence étant pourtant fermé le samedi apres midi , j ai appeler le numéro sur la porte et 7 minutes plus tard une femme formidable, souriante et efficace, étais la pour nous acceuillir avec son collègue.
J ai louer rapidement un scooter NEUF 125 pour 35€/jour à la mi-aout ! ( en cash )
3 jours plus tard , rendu du véhicule , j ai a faire aux mêmes personnes très aimable , qui m ont donner plein de bons conseils , circulation, stationnement , mais aussi plein de petits spots des locaux ;)
Du coup j ai switcher pour une voiture pour faire un petit roadtrip plus au sud 😁
je suis évidement très satisfait , grazie grazie ragazzi :)
