It's been a great experience for me and my family. Although we booked the baby trailer, it was not available. However the team has been responsive, great and was perfect to find other solution.
Not only the quality of the bikes is great, but also the customer service is fantastic.
I am recommending this shop 200%.
You can go book your eyes closed.

Finger weg von diesem „Vermieter“.

Wir sind erfahrene Mountainbiker.

Es wurden zwei gefährliche, alte, runtergerockte e-Mtb (z.B. Profil Hinterrad so gut wie weg, Bautenzug lose und rostig, Gänge springen heraus, Kette rutscht durch) für 80 Eur pro Tag vermietet. Wir dachten es wird schon gehen als wir sie in das Hotel gebracht bekommen hatten. Warum mietet man Mtb? Für das Gelände. Nach 3km Strasse verlohr das Hinterrad eines Bikes die Luft. Nach nutzen des Notfall Kit Dicht-Sprays kam der Schaum so ziemlich überall heraus. Luft blieb aber nicht drin.

Trotz Reklamation weigerte sich der Vermieter den Mietpreis zu erstatten und bat stattdessen Ersatzräder an… nein danke. Rechtliche Schritte werden geprüft.

Entweder kennt sich dieser Vermieter nicht mit Rädern und deren Wartung aus, oder es ist die Masche.

Auf jeden Fall Finger weg und danke für gar nichts außer für einen vermiesten Tag und 80 Eur die sich wie Betrug ohne Gegenleistung anfühlen.

Sehr unsympathisch und unangenehm dazu. Unser Hotel, welches den Kontakt vermittelte (können aber nichts dafür) hat sich auch dafür entschuldigt nachdem sie die Diskussion mitbekommen hatten und werden diese Firma nicht mehr in Betracht ziehen.

I don’t get these good reviews. Dude was awful. The bikes didn’t work correctly. Before we left he warned about changing gears. Don’t change the gears bc you will get stuck in the high gear. Makes it impossible to go anywhere far. We returned the bikes back to the shop where he blamed us for the problems and just threw some of our money back up at us and took the bikes back. Just basically stole from us. We didn’t enjoy the bikes even for a half hour. And he charges $40 per bike per day which is much higher than the local bike shops without delivery.

We spent the day with Martina and Jacopo on La Maddalena and Caprera exploring the islands on e-bikes. The communication from Martina was excellent throughout. The bikes were in great shape and brilliant for the roads and the trails. They shared the history of the islands with us and took us to some lovely historic places as well as some hidden beaches. We scaled the heights to see some amazing views which was so worth it and super easy with the power from the bike! We especially loved the beach where we had lunch that Martina had booked in advanced. The sea was just amazing! The whole trip was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Martina and Jacopo are passionate, funny and great company. A really fantastic day!
