Ci vengono noleggiate 2 bici su richiesta bi ammortizzate una con entrambe le ruote sgonfie e una con il cambio da regolare (continuava a saltare la marcia) torniamo in dietro e mi viene sostituita con un altra bici non bi ammortizzata della taglia sbagliata, le gomme storte le bici avevano 5600km ,dopo mille scuse decidiamo di partire lo stesso ed è bastato arrivare alla prima cascata per renderci conto che i freni non andavano per niente bene e perdevano olio dalla leva. Al nostro rientro quando mi è stato chiesto come è andata ho dato il mio parere dicendo che era una delle bici peggiori che ho mai noleggiato, il signor meccanico che da quando sono arrivato era al telefono a deciso di fare il brillante offendendomi dicendo che secondo lui non sono mai andato in bici. La situazione si è trasformata subito a insulti a vicenda. Non tornerò mai più in questo posto e sopratutto non vi sconsiglio di noleggiare le bici da loro se ci tenete a voi.

Wir hatten größere Panne mit defektem großen Zahnkranz. Uns wurde umgehend geholfen. War mit den Kindern Eis essen und bei Rückkehr nach 1 Stunde war Problem gelöst. Toller unbürokratischer Service!! Und kreative kurzfristige Lösung, da eigentlich der komplette Zahnkranz hätte getauscht werden müssen.

Wir haben Haus hier am Lago und werde ganz sicher wiederkommen mit meinen Rädern, sei es Wartung oder ausleihen für Freunde die zu Besuch sind.

Nach einer kleinen Panne, Fahrradschlauch geplatzt, wurde hier problemlos Ersatz gefunden. Das ganze sogar zu einem sehr guten Preis.
Gute Kommunikation auf Englisch möglich.

Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf einen Kauf von zwei Fahrradschläuchen, zu den anderen Angeboten kann ich leider nichts sagen.

Sehr empfehlenswert und bei Bedarf gerne wieder.

Vi var i Toscolano Maderno sista veckan i oktober. Hyrde cyklar en halv dag och fick jättetrevligt och schysst bemötande av de två killarna. Eftersom det var lågsäsong var vi tvungna att ringa kvällen innan och boka våra sex cyklar som de hämtade från lagret och ställde in efter våra längder till nästa dag. Egentligen var halv dags hyra mellan 8:30-12:30. Men de var snälla och lät oss istället hyra 10:30-14:30 pga lågsäsong. På väg tillbaks blev vi lite försenade pga avspärrad väg så vi ringde och meddelade men det var inga problem att vi kom sent.

Igår var vi 5st personer som alla hyrde e-MTB full (5x60EUR) för en dag på Cisco Sport Shop i Maderno. Efter rekommendation från säljaren valde vi tur nr 111 i bergen på 33,6km och 1485 m höjd. Vi var flera som frågade upprepade gånger om batteriet skulle räcka. Säljaren sa inga problem, det räcker i 80-90km. Efter 2/3, ca 25km av sträckan på andra sidan av bergen tog 3 av 5 batterier slut. Vi blev tvungna att cykla hem över sista bergen utan ström i batterierna. Mycket trötta återlämnande vi cyklarna efter drygt halva dagen och det fanns ingen förståelse för problemet och ingen prisreduktion kunde ges. Det enda som erbjöds var prisreduktion nästa gång vi skulle hyrd vilket vi påtalade inte var intressant när vi inte bor i landet. Senare på kvällen upptäckte vi dessutom att säljaren tagit dubbelt betalt för alla cyklar. Kommande dag gick vi tillbaka och fick tillbaka dubbeldebiteringen. Läser man längre tillbaka i tidigare omdömen om butiken så var detta tydligen inget nytt fenomen. Kolla upp och tänk efter en extra gång om ni ska hyra på denna butik. Jag kommer inte att hyra något från Cisco Sport Shop igen.

My wife and I wanted to experience a MTB ride in the mountains near Toscalana Moderna. We arranged the bikes and guide through Cisco sport. The bikes were very good and Aldo as our guide was exceptional. He was considerate, very knowledgeable about the area and also taught us some techniques on the bike that were new to us. The route up to Rifugio G. Porto all Spino was 1190 m climb with an equal descent. The area is very beautiful and the descent was through some beautiful forests. The descent did require some technical ability and I would recommend that previous experience on hilly, stony trails is a necessity. We enjoyed the challenge and the lovely foresty terrain. Although I know Lake Garda quite well, using Cisco sport’s 3 hour guided tour was a great fun way to explore beautiful hidden parts of the lake that I never knew existed. Andrea was a perfect guide, understanding our fitness levels and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again and next time will try the SUP with Spritz at sundown! Thank you for a great experience

Esperienza incredibile! Abbiamo optato per il tour con le moto elettriche...ed è stata una giornata stupenda! Francesco ci ha fatto da guida ed è stato davvero professionale, paziente e competente anche con chi non aveva buona dimestichezza con i mezzi.
Le moto erano in perfette condizioni, così come tutta l'attrezzatura da lui fornita.
Il tour alternava percorsi nei boschi, attraversamenti di paese passando per tratti completamente immersi nella natura fino ad arrivare a panorami mozzafiato con vista sul lago di Garda.
Non ho dubbi che la differenza in questo tipo di esperienza (che sia tour e-bike o con moto elettriche o altro...)la faccia proprio la persona che ti accompagna, che sceglie il percorso con il livello di difficoltà più indicato per il gruppo di persone con cui ha a che fare e soprattutto che sia di compagnia esattamente come lo è stato Francesco!

The best adventures happen when you least expect it. After 3 years of travel because of COVID, Lake Garda blew my mind.
Ciscosport and their great e-bikes definitely played a part in that. Delivered early, we were able to get in a good 40km route up into the mountains where the trails were fun and beautiful. One of my favorite experiences in a while. We met good locals, enjoyed nature and after cruised along the lake front, they even picked up our bikes and gave us a ride home after we discovered we had a flat wheel after dinner. 5 stars, great bikes, great service, will definitely use again to rent a scooter if we bring our own bikes from home.

Gebucht haben wir eine geführte Surron Tour in die Berge. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Andrea hat uns die schönsten Plätze gezeigt. Die Tour passt er perfekt an die Teilnehmer an.
Die surron Motorräder beeindrucken auch geübte Fahrer. Unglaublich, welche Steigungen damit möglich sind.

If you are anywhere in Garda and even close to Toscolano and are planning to do any kind of bike activity you have to go to Ciscosport!!! Road, MTB, E-Bike doesn't matter!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable team. Great equipment or you bring your own bike. Had a great tour with Marco, showing me some trails that I would have never found that were off the regular tourist routes. Super nice and professional at the same time. Had a perfect time. From the organisation of the ride, then the espresso in the morning and the beer after the cleaning of the bike, everything just perfect. Beautiful stops in mountain villages and swims in little ponds. and from both of them always with a smile, loved it. Just a perfect day. Thank you once again

We‘ve done the E-Moto Tour and it was out of this world! Awesome tracks, amazing view, great bikes and the very best is the guide Andreis! He has perfect teaching skills (due to his career) so you increase your skills „fast“! We were 2 Pax - one beginner and one advanced maniac which he both made super happy! I’m addicted! Thank You for this Adventure & all the cool and smart things you teached and showed us! Go there or you really miss out!

Ich hatte einen Schaden an der Aufnahme des Druckstückes des Geberkolbens am hydr. Bremshebel. Da es von Shimano hierfür keine Ersatzteile gibt, wurde mir gesagt, es müsse wohl die komplette Bremshebeleinheit ersetzt werden. Als ich mein Bike am nächsten Tag abholte, wurde allerdings die defekte Verriegelung aus einer noch vorhandenen defekten Bremse genutzt und mir so zusätzliche Kosten gespart. Zudem wurde auch die zweite Bremse entlüftet und nachgestellt. So einen Service habe ich noch nie erlebt, zudem noch für einen absolut fairen Preis !! Klasse - alle Daumen hoch.

"Non abbiamo mai provato una Mountain Bike a pedalata assistita.." diciamo appena arrivati in negozio. "Ottimo, allora vedrete che figata!" risponde il simpatico ragazzo che ci ha accolto.
Aveva ragione: esperienza unica, con MTB e-bike di qualità in posti meravigliosi. Prezzi onesti, gentilezza e passione nel fornirci spiegazioni e indicazioni su itinerari (Consiglio di portarsi un porta cellulare da bici, in modo da monitorare il percorso). Grazie ragazzi, torneremo!

Super nice staff. We did a guided tour around the mountain area of Moderna. 3h and it passed in no time. Two had an electric mountain bike and one a electric Gravel. The tour worked like that but the downhills are quite something. Was lots of fun and great views. Can highly recommend for beginners as also for cycling enthusiasts.
