Amazing bike hire shop. We did the best five day self guided e bike tour. It was spectacular. Luca knows how to give you an excellent route. The e bikes were great. Over five days we did 260km and climbed 22,000 ft (Everest is 29,000 ft !). We are not avid cyclists - we just hopped on and followed the GPS. Off-road trails up the mountains and amazing hairpin roads back down. Stunning.

This shop is a gem! I came to the area never expecting the opportunity to ride and was delighted to find Bike It! Bellagio not only rents bikes (helmet included) but also riding shoes. And they sell great kits. I rented a Bianchi gravel which worked flawlessly throughout a fantastic route preloaded in the GPS. (Actually a merger of two different routes.). I only wish I was staying in Bellagio longer so I could check out more riding options! Such great & friendly service, such a great way to let outsiders experience the fantastic riding scene here!

One of the best bike hire experience we had!
Staff is amazing, the ebikes we rented were of great quality, and although we only spent one day around Bellagio, they were kind enough to set up a custom gps route that would be appropiate for the whole family up and down the mountain, and even shuttled us up to the starting point of the route. All points of interest and technical details of the paths were detailed before and helped us along the way. We will return for more exploring and adventures!

Many thanks to Luca at Bikeit! Bellagio who made our cycling visit to Bellagio spectacular. We rented gravel bikes and did 2 amazing routes provided by Lucca on low traffic roads with beautiful views, lovely forests and challenging climbs. Lucca also told us about the ride to the Chapel of Madonna del Ghisallo which was so moving - I could not believe I was looking at the bicycle of Fausto Copppi. Thank you again to Luca and Casey who provided excellent support, service and routes.

Amazing experience with a great group of people; Owners Luca and Casey, along with Alberto Elli (retired Professional Cyclist with 4 TDF yellow jerseys from 2000, along with his other cycling accomplishments). Luca assisted me in renting a Bianchi mountain bike e-bike which I truly enjoyed. I stopped by the shop after my ride and asked if I could transition to a road Bianchi road e-bike which I first briefly test rode and loved it. I switched up all my gear to the road bike and rented the bike for the next two days (a little more money but well worth it) which was an amazing experience. Luca and Casey helped me to have one of my personal cycling highlights and I highly recommend Bike It! Bellagio to all.

Great rental place, highest quality bikes and service!!! The native Italian Bianchi bikes are new, top level, best components, and perform great. Very nice and friendly personnel in the shop. Everyone should try enduro emtb and climb Mt San Primo. Last push of the monster bike to the top will test your limits.

I had a fantastic experience at Bike It! Bellagio. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me after I'd travelled with my bike from Australia and supplied me with fantastic cycling routes around the region.

Massive thank you to the entire Bike It! Bellagio Team for organising one of the most enjoyable cycling tours I have been on. Riding the iconic Stelvio, Gavia, and Mortirolo climbs, followed by a range of AWESOME rides around Lake Como.

So grateful for ride leaders, Luca & Alberto, for keeping us safe on the road and Tony keeping our bikes in tune and of course us hydrated.

From the booking of the tour to riding for 3 days with Alex and Alberto this was a 5 star experience. The routes the team selected and the level of local knowledge they have is phenomenal and really amplify the experience. They also can modify routes based on how you are feeling on a particular day.

As the only cyclist in my traveling party I am very happy I chose the guided tour option and really enjoyed the rides but even more so enjoyed the company and chats with Alex and Alberto

Very good electric bicycles and equal service. We rode around the Dolomiti for 15 days with the bikes with no problem. Excellent pickup service for the bikes to return them abroad. I recommend it.

I rented a high end Bianchi from Bike it Bellagio for a solo ride and it was fantastic. They set me up with a power meter and bike computer with the route preloaded. They had the bike fit set before I arrived (based on dimensions I had previously sent them). The recommended route was one of my favorite ever. My wife and I came to Italy to see several of the stages of the Giro D’Italia and my Bellagio ride was the only ride on the trip. Fantastico! I highly recommend renting from these guys.

Clearly the reviews speak for themselves... Top notch service and experience and this was the highlight of our trip to Bellagio!

Bellagio as a destination may be beautiful but compared to other places in Como/ Italy quite overpriced and touristy. Going on the E-bike tasting tour with Bike It Bellagio! on the other hand was affordable and real value for money!!! We got to places we never would have discovered on our own and the guides were fantastic. We had nice Bianchi e-MTBs (not older than 2 yrs) with battery charge way beyond the need for the weakest person. The food along the way was delicious.

Strong recommendation from a very satisfied group of 9!

What a team - Luca, Casey, Alex, Alberto, Young Tony and Old Tony.
They organized our whole 8 day trip and did a magnificent job.
From the moment they picked us up from Milan to the last roll in to the Duomo, everything went so smoothly and a lot of fun along the way.

Highly recommended! Rent a bike and try one of the routes suggested by the rental shop—they’re fantastic! Definitely take a GPS if you plan to go off-road; it’s absolutely worth it. They’re also very responsive if you have any issues. My chain broke and within 15 minutes they brought me a new bike.

Bike It! Bellagio is the absolute best company in Italy! Me (I’m eleven) and my family went with Alex Stein, who is an experienced biker and tour guide, and she handled the whole thing with calmness and reassurance that made the whole thing better. Also, e-bike rentals are recommended for the help they provide on the hills. They are only activated when you pedal, so on the downhill you don’t have to worry about going excessively fast. It was my first time on an e-bike and be reassured that you will get the hang of it after a little while.

The tour starts at Bike It! Bellagio and commences on an uphill road and continues for a short time and then you go into cute little neighborhoods for a while then you get out on a secluded road and bike for a little while. Then, after a while, we arrive at our lunch spot. Luca’s Ristorante has a variety of delicious options. Then, after lunch, we start our Treasure Hunt which includes lots of surprises, beautiful sights, and things that will make you say: “Wow!” I personally loved the Treasure Hunt because of the ability to enjoy for all ages. It was an incredible experience that couldn’t have been done by anyone but Bike It! Bellagio.

Honestly, this was probably one of my very favorite experiences EVER! I would recommend Bike It! Bellagio in a heartbeat. I can only give it a 5-star rating, but I would give it a MILLION if I could.
