Negozio online altamente qualificato, preparato, competente. Con prezzi assolutamente vantaggiosi e biciclette praticamente nuove anche con l'usato.
Ottimo il servizio whatsapp, personale pronto a risolvere qualunque dubbio.

Ho ordinato una cube One44 usata ed è arrivata a casa con il disco freno anteriore abbastanza storto, tutto risolto tempestivamente in tempi brevissimi.

Consiglio assolutamente questi venditori.

Da cliente mi sono sentito trattato così talmente bene sentendomi subito a mio agio consigliando il negozio a tantissimi miei amici e anche a voi lettori.

Unprofessional and unreliable.
First order took over two weeks despite their “ships within 24h” claim, and it still got stuck at customs even though it was under €150. Second order was cancelled without any notice after I asked them to ensure smooth delivery. Will not order again!
Orders under 150 EUR are exempt from customs duties and VAT. Both of my orders were below this amount. According to the law, I should not have been charged any customs fees. It appears that either you, or the freight forwarder acting on your behalf, shipped the goods by road transport together with items subject to customs clearance. As a result, I was forced to cover additional costs in order for my package to be exempted. This makes the responsibility yours.

You are not the only EU-based shop I have ordered from, yet I did not experience such issues with others. Furthermore, if I had truly been at fault, why did you issue me a refund? No company refunds money unless it is required to do so.

In addition, you cancelled my second order without informing me. Once again, I emphasize that I am not obliged to pay customs duties for goods valued under 150 EUR, as is clearly stated on the official website of our Tax Administration.

We are sorry that your experience was not satisfactory, but we need to clarify a few points.
Your first order was shipped within 24 hours as promised. The delay occurred only because you initially refused to pay the customs duties required by the regulations of your country — something completely outside of our responsibility. Only later, after paying them, you also requested a refund.
As for the second order, it had to be cancelled because you specifically requested delivery “without customs,” which is simply not possible by law.
We fulfilled our part correctly and promptly. We are always available for clarification, but we cannot accept unfounded criticism regarding issues beyond our control.

Encomendei um capacete e após a primeira utilização reparei num pequeno problema, as almofadas que ficam na parte interna eram repetidas, ou seja, tinha duas do lado direito o que prejudicava a ergonomia do capacete.
Após expor o problema através do sistema de tickets integrados no próprio website, uma opção que funciona muito bem, obtive uma resposta rápida e eficaz onde até me foi enviada uma foto para verificar, sem margem para erro, qual era efetivamente a almofada que me faltava. De seguida e sem custos adicionais, este acessório foi adicionado a outra encomenda que tenho no mesmo site.
Após experiências desagradáveis em serviços concorrentes do mesmo país, fiquei surpreendido e satisfeito com o tratamento dado ao cliente.

Also ich kann nur Positives berichten. Das bestellte E-Fullybike kam innerhalb von 5 Werktagen an, was völlig in Ordnung ist. Das Bike ist neu und ohne Mängel. Erste Tour schon gedreht und alles wunderbar. Der Preis war dazu noch konkurrenzlos.
