Mi sono imbattuto in Cicli Ferca casualmente, mentre cercavo una Pinarello Grevil.
Roberto, il titolare, e’ un ciclista d’esperienza, gentile e competente.
Ho trovato passione, serietà, grande professionalità, tanta cortesia e prezzi corretti.
Roberto ha risposto ai miei dubbi (tanti dubbi, dato che non sono mai salito su una bici gravel…), ascoltando le richieste e proponendo soluzioni, con disponibilità, come si fa con un amico, mettendo a disposizione know-how, esperienza, onestà e ragionevolezza.
Difficile chiedere di più.
Comprare la mia (prima…) Pinarello da Roberto e’ stata un’esperienza davvero positiva.
La bici è montata in modo perfetto ed è bellissima (e’ una Pinarello…).

I had a great experience here. Bought a bike. Roberto was helpful in his communication, laid out options clearly for me, and was very swift in prepping the bike for me to take home. Useful assistance in selecting right accessories, of which they have a good range of choice.

If you rent a bike there you will get it properly equipped with all you need for the ride (punkturekit, mini tools, lights, helmet and bottles if you need). Personal is very helpful and and kind. If I need next time a Pinarello again so I will surely come back there!

When traveling with my road bike from Tuscany to Como, I misplaced the nuts for the screws to attach the handlebars: Loose handlebars making my bike obviously unrideable. Were my next few days of cycling plans ruined?

Cicli Ferca to the rescue: Dropping by in a panic at 15:30, my handlebars were properly attached within 5 mins. I even had enough time to cycle to Bellagio & up the Ghisallo before the 18:30 sunset. They saved my cycling vacation! I offered to pay more than the ridiculously reasonable cost, but in utter class, my offer was declined. I have the highest regard for Cicli Ferca.

During our recent trip to Lake Como, my wife and I made cycling a must, just like we did in 2023 when we rode a stage of the Tour de France in Paris. Cicli Ferca set us up with 2 rentals and the tema there is amazing. The views around Lake Como were absolutely breathtaking—one of the most beautiful rides we’ve ever done. But what made it truly special was our stop at the local bike shop. The team there welcomed us like fellow cycling enthusiasts, offered local tips, and made the ride even more memorable.

It’s amazing how the shared passion for cycling can transcend borders. Whether it’s gearing up for a long climb, swapping stories about epic rides, or simply talking shop, local bike shops are the heart of every cycling community—even when you’re traveling in a completely different country.

If you ever find yourself in Lake Como, don’t just ride the roads—stop by a local shop and meet the people who make cycling a universal language.

Well maintained bikes, and was able to rent a Pinarello at a very reasonable rate.
Shop is well stocked for cycling accessories and apparel. Service was great to prep the bikes.
Do consider however to have your own insurance for damage to bikes in case of accidents as the shop does not provide it.

Esperienza personale eccellente per l’acquisto di una bici usata. Roberto persona davvero squisita, competente, disponibile e appassionata. Ci fossero più negozianti così in giro, il comparto ne risentirebbe sicuramente in positivo. Non posso che consigliarlo.

I was recommended to use this shop by a local, and I wasn't disappointed.
I required a bike to hire for 4 days riding, and found the online booking process quick and simple, and the owners responded very quickly.
The bike, a carbon Pinarello, was ready on arrival and was quickly altered for my height and pedal preference. It was in excellent condition and performed well throughout with both disc brakes and electronic shifting faultless.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cicli Ferca for all your cycling needs.

No doubt the best bike shop in Como, or perhaps in Italy! Roberto and Marcello are super friendly and helpful, they really know what they are doing!

I came here for bike rental, they served the brand new Pinarello - beautifully maintained! The mechanics is extremely smooth, and even the finishing kit are amazingly taken care of. E.g., the bar tape, the angle of the quick release, the protection sticker on the chain stay, I can name more! With this bike I had three days unforgettable bike tour around Lake Como. Grazie!

Amazing help from this shop on my tour. I came in with a rounded out screw and they told me to leave my number and they’d fix it asap. Not even 30’min later I got a message that it was fixed.
It’s not often that bike shops will make the time in a busy day to help you when you’re on a tour. Couldn’t thank them enough for the great service.
