Took a rent of the road bike for one day, reasonably priced in great quality, great conditions. process of rent was smooth and quick.

I came out of nowhere at 9:30 AM and they already been opened and they gave me the bike, overall paperwork took about 10 minutes. so after 10-15 minutes I was able to start my ride to bellagio. the ride was a blast. It was so cool. Super grateful for my experience

Stay away from this place!
After 1km the chain broke on flat surface. Very rude customer service laughing when «explaining» why the chain broke. They would charge 79 euro for new chain.
I have had el-bike for several years without changing a chain.
Also tried to pin a scratch on the bike to us that was on the bike from before.
If you rent, be sure to take good photos of the bike before you leave and expect to pay 50-100 euros extra for things thats not your fault

We have rented two bikes from the store. There were two options, to pay in advance, or pay at the store at pickup. We paid in advance to make sure the bikes will be there. The day before we cancelled our reservation due to rain forecast. I have written a mail and also called them to have a refund. They first told me they can not refund, but after talking for a while they accepted to refund half the price. If we would not pay in advance we would not even had to request for a refund, all the money would be ours. But as we wanted to settle the price in advance, we lost all our money, no full nor half the price was refunded since, more than 2 weeks passed.

I do not recommend this place at all. But if you have to use their service, make sure NOT TO PAY IN ADVANCE!

Typical bike dude / macho place.

We arrived half an hour after opening, they were closed and out for coffee. When they all got back, they didn't even greet us but just continued their conversation, even when we walked into the store behind them and were very visibly their customers waiting to pick up the bikes we reserved and already paied for.

They treated us in the typical condescending bike dude manner until they realised that my (male) partner is also knowledgeable, which led to a bit more friendliness towards him.

The e-MTBs were alright until we rode downhill and my brakes suddenly stopped working. Managed without accidents, but we cut the trip short because it was too risky to continue with unreliable brakes.

When we returned the bikes several hours earlier than expected, we told them about the brakes. Couldn't reproduce the brake fault at the shop, and the dude couldn't understand why we cut the trip short. No apologies, no offer of a partial refund.

Great bikes and great service. I spent 5 days in the lakes and cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. The communication from Pietro was great, they dropped the bike off for me at the hotel and then met me early on drop off day. 1st class service.

This place is a scam. Don’t pay them money until you have satisfied yourself that what you are getting actually works for you. We came there with my wife and rented two bikes by paying first and then being taken by the staff to see what we get. It turned out that the bikes they had were male ones and were too high for my wife. Given that they weren’t able to provide the service we requested to refund out money just to find out that they can’t do it. They said they can do it via PayPal from another location and they had taken our email and phone number but…it’s been 2 weeks after we've come back home and there is no refund still.

Great Staff, great Specialized ebikes! We just had a few hours at Como and the guys solved everything we asked, we got 3 amazing ebikes Specialized , went to Spina verde , Pin Umbrela which is soo easily reachable with these bikes and has an astonishing view to the city.. its easy to find the route from the store. Absolutely recomended if you have 2-3 hours in Como and like biking in nature.
