This is probably the best place to rent a bike if you want to explore film locations or simply enjoy the beautiful local scenery. The owner of the shop was incredibly kind and generous we honestly thought we wouldn’t make it in time and would have to stay in the city, but thanks to his kindness, that didn’t happen. I’m truly grateful for the help and warm attitude! We’ll definitely come back and rent from this shop again, the quality of the bikes is excellent!

we had an amazing day in Crema renting the bikes to visit all the cmbyn filming spots. It was very hot, so we made sure to carry enough water and have enough breaks. Due to the sun we took a lot longer than expected to the spots and the way isn’t ideal, but you get the full experience. We got a link with the exact routes to every spot, bikes which were totally in the cmbyn vibe and with baskets to put all of our stuff in it. Totally recommend!!

Both staff members spoke excellent English and were friendly, kind and very helpful. Their site provides you with precise GPS information to explore the main CMBYN filming locations safely and easily. I enjoyed the bike ride so much that I ended up extending my rental until the next day! I absolutely recommend them and hope to return one day to spend more time exploring Crema on one of their bikes. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We made reservations online almost two months in advance to rent these bikes for July 24th 2023 (yes 2023). We just wanted to ensure that two bikes would be available, but they had so many bikes when we got to the store! When we got there, the people in the shop were so patient when we chose our bikes. We used them to bike 35 miles (56 km) and the baskets were very spacious! Like many people, we used them to visit filming locations for Call Me By Your Name. We were running short on time and realized that we weren’t going to be able to return them by closing time at 6:30 pm. So I gave the store a call, and we were very grateful that we were allowed to keep them overnight. We returned them first thing in the morning and it was not an issue for them! If we go back to Crema, we would use this company again!

As a father, I sent my adult children on a bike ride because we were in Creme for a day and they wanted to explore as many of the film's locations as possible by bike. Unfortunately, their bike broke down after a short time and no one felt responsible from the rental company to help them, even though the bike didn't break down through no fault of theirs. Poor and sad that they treat customers this way

I was with my friend in this rental, after 15 km our pedal fell off. They didn't help us and didn't even look like they wanted to. I advise you to be careful with this rental company because if something happens, as a consumer you have no rights or help.
