Bonjour,
J’ai commandé un kit cadre chez cicli francesconi, un colnago V5RS en livraison pour la France.
J’ai pu traiter avec Anselmo par mail pendant plusieurs jours avant de passer le pas, un vendeur très réactif, sympathique, et qui a pu répondre à toutes mes questions et mes doutes 10/10!
La livraison s’est faite très rapidement, moins d’une semaine ( des légers retards dû à UPS les derniers jours en période de Noël ) sans ça le colis serait arrivé en 3j.

Le colis était très bien emballé par l’équipe de cicli francesconi, tout est arrivé sans casse et conforme à mes demandes

Si c’était à refaire je le referai sans hésiter,

Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very disappointing.

I purchased a brand-new Specialized Turbo Levo Comp Alloy with paid professional assembly. The bike was delivered with a damaged TCU mounting thread caused by improper installation. Despite the paid assembly service, the bike was not properly prepared or adjusted.

Initially, I was offered a solution where I would have to find a local workshop myself to repair the damaged thread, after which the shop would reimburse the costs following prior consultation. I was also offered a refund of the assembly fee.

I did not agree to this solution because I had serious concerns about the overall quality of the assembly. If such a basic component as the TCU mounting could be installed incorrectly and the bike was shipped in that condition without anyone noticing, I had legitimate doubts about how precisely and safely other, more critical components had been assembled.

When I decided to return the bicycle instead, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, insurance, and organizing proper packaging myself — despite the fact that the bike arrived in a damaged box. The poor packaging caused the front suspension area to hit the ground during transport, which clearly indicates insufficient protection on their side.

After I referred to my rights under EU consumer law regarding defective goods, I received no further response from the seller. To this day, they have not re-established any contact with me.

As I was left without support and without any response, I decided to take the bike to an independent professional workshop to have the rest of the bicycle inspected. During this inspection, it was discovered that multiple bolts were not correctly tightened and that the derailleur hanger was bent. These findings only confirmed my concerns about the quality and safety of the original assembly.

In my view, the responsibility for both the damage and the resulting situation lies entirely with the seller. I paid for a brand-new, fully functional bicycle with professional assembly. Instead, I lost a significant amount of time, experienced unnecessary stress, and was left without any goodwill gesture or compensation from the shop.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

Please do not misrepresent the facts.

It is true that Specialized contacted me and professionally resolved the matter. However, my contact with Specialized was not initiated by you, nor did you “entrust them with the case under warranty” as you claim. I reached out to Specialized myself after my last email to you — in which I stated I wanted to return the bike and that the costs you wanted to charge me were not legally compliant — went unanswered. I explained the entire situation to them, and they promised to urgently handle it. That is why Specialized contacted you, not the other way around.

As I mentioned before, my decision to request a return was not only because the TCU thread was damaged but also due to concerns about the quality of the rest of the bike assembly. These concerns were later confirmed by a professional workshop.

I also think that suggesting my fault for “not resolving the matter in the easiest and fastest way” in your opinion, and implying that I am difficult to contact, is completely inappropriate.

It is true that I did not answer your phone call, but this attempt was made only four hours after I published my review about your services. I was busy and could not take the call, which is why I requested contact via email.

Last week, Specialised contacted us directly to inform us that they would take charge of your case and carry out the repair we had proposed.

The solution we proposed several times was to have the bicycle repaired directly in Switzerland, with any costs covered by us and a refund for the assembly service, thus resolving the issue once and for all.

Unfortunately, your emails never indicated a desire to try to resolve the issue in the most effective and quickest way, as it would only require threading the TCU seat hole.

We have therefore entrusted the matter directly to Specialised Italy for the warranty, and they have confirmed that they have contacted you and that they will resolve it directly.

As you are not responding to our calls, can you confirm that you have been contacted by Specialised?

Di cosa stiamo parlando?! Professionalità e serietà come pochi in questo settore. Bici ordinata e consegnata da loro personalmente sotto le feste, grande rapporto col cliente nonostante i volumi di lavoro. Affidatevi a loro e dormite sonni tranquilli

Venditore poco serio,sto aspettando esattamente da un anno la sostituzione di una ruota zipp 303 danneggiata per altro con garanzia a vita. Ho provato a contattare più volte il venditore ma sempre senza successo. Non comprerò mai più nulla da loro.

Location molto bella, particolare e suggestiva.
Entrano nella corte sembra di entrare in un' altra dimensione.
Bici di alta qualità, passione per il mondo del ciclismo, disponibilità massima verso il cliente.
Avevo visto alcuni modelli sul loro sito internet e sono andato a vedere di persona questo punto vendita.
Il loro sito internet è ben fatto, chiaro e dettagliato.
Sono stato in altri negozi di biciclette ma onestamente questo è veramente fatto bene.
Vale la pena andare a fare una visita per vedere i modelli che hanno in vendita.
Sono molto preparati per rispondere a tutte le domande.
La qualità dei prodotti è molto alta.
Sicuramente, interfacciandosi a prodotti di un certo costo è meglio affidarsi ad uno Store fisico dove è possibile recarsi anche per l'assistenza piuttosto che affidarsi a siti internet che ti spediscono la bicicletta a casa senza avere un punto vendita fisico.
Il fatto che vendano online ma allo stesso tempo hanno un grande negozio mi trasmette fiducia e sicurezza negli acquisti.
Il personale è molto preparato, gentile, accogliente, sorridente e sempre disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze del cliente per aiutarlo nella scelta.
Se avete la possibilità e sopratutto se siete alla prima esperienza con una bicicletta elettrica fate un salto in negozio così potete esprimere le vostre necessità di utilizzo e sapranno sicuramente indirizzarvi sulla bicicletta che fa per voi !
