Sono un cliente e amico del titolare voglio approfittare per dire che i componenti di questa famiglia sono tutti gentilissimi e competenti per quanto riguarda ogni tipo di problema ci possa essere su una bici acquistata nel loro negozio oppure da altri. Mia moglie poco tempo fa ha comprato una bike . Scott patron 920 ed è totalmente entusiasta per la bici che è veramente ottima su qualsiasi tracciato e per il trattamento che abbiamo avuto da parte di Federico e della sua completa assistenza anche dopo l'acquisto. Durante un giro in bici nelle Langhe purtroppo il filo del cambio della bici si è spezzato. Siamo riusciti ad arrivare fino ad Alba (a fatica) e da Torto cicli che gentilmente e prontamente ci ha riparato la bici e permesso di tornare a casa!!

40 euro/ bici pedalata assistita per una giornata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, biciclette di fascia alta date a noleggio, ottimo servizio sia prima che dopo il noleggio, ti danno tour, indicazioni, noi abbiamo fatto il tour barolo rosso e la batteria è tornata che era a metà.

Sabato scorso volendo fare un giro in bici da strada nelle Langhe ho parcheggiato l’auto a Alba, ma partendo mi sono accordo che il cambio elettrico non funzionava. Mi hanno indicato di provare a chiedere a cicli Torto, e sono andato nel negozio dove ho potuto parlare con i proprietari. Fortunatamente era solo la batteria scarica e dopo mezz’ora di ricarica nel negozio sono potuto ripartire senza rinunciare al mio giro. Mi ha molto colpito la gentilezza con cui sono stato trattato. Grazie ancora.

This is a great store with amazing friendly people....I rented a beautiful Bianchi Gravel Bike and had a blast around Alba, Barolo and just about every where you turn. They had everything for serious road, MTB and Gravel rides and were even kind enough to help me routes to set up Garmin....Looking forward to go back !!

Ik was op vakantie in Alba, en mijn batterij van mijn DI2 was op z’n einde. Uiteraard geen oplader bij, want had m net voor vertrek opgeladen. ( maar dat was duidelijk niet gelukt. )
Ik had torto cicli opgezocht, en werd in prima Engels te woord gestaan. Mijn fiets werd een uur aan een oplader gehangen, en ik was gered. Ze wilden nog niks aanrekenen ook! ( wat ik niet wou uiteraard)
Pracht service, zeer mooie winkel, super vriendelijke mensen !

E' un negozio storico di Alba ma non mi ci ero mai recato. Ci sono stato per acquistare un banale pezzo di ricambio per la mia bicicletta. L'ho acquistato e pagato e li per li ero anche contento perchè in pochi minuti avevo risolto il mio problema. Quando però ho montato il pezzo mi sono accorto che sullo stesso era riportato il prezzo di vendita, esattamente la metà di quello che mi era stato richiesto e che avevo pagato. Peccato, non è bello fare commercio in questo modo, è vero che non ero mai stato cliente ma mai lo diventerò ed ovviamente non potrò parlare bene di loro.

I had an excellent experience renting an e-bike to explore Barbaresco and Nieve from Torto Cicli. The booking was as easy as could be, and when I arrived the bike was charged, and I was provided with a helmet, bike repair kit, and phone charging pack. Wonderful service and perfect location to explore wine country!

Family-run business. The son served us, and we were amazed with - willingness to help (recommended an app for a 37 kilometers tour in the wine region of Barbaresco which worked out perfectly, set up our bikes for comfort - seats and bags), & flexibility.

Excellent service from this shop. I hired a Bianchi road bike for 2 days - very easy to arrange, even at short notice, made much easier as the guy spoke very good English. The bike was high quality, and with lovely roads to ride on in the Langhe hills, I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks very much.

What great service from a family bike shop in Alba, and Beatrice the daughter spoke perfect English and made it easy! As a USA road rider, you never can be sure what the shop is like and how the rentals are. My wife got a pedal-assist bike and I got a light Cannondale road bike... Great for the steep hills. We thought it we'd stay in Alba near the shop, but it was a busy town and my w is fe didn't want to ride the miles to get to the nice small town riding through Barolo, La Morra Monforte and others. So they found a nice place for us - Dimora San Carlo, and delivered the bikes! It was a perfect location for all the rides. You will not regret renting your bikes here, or having them worked on. I even watched the finish of a Gira d'Italia stage. Weather in May couldn't have been more perfect!

My Dutch bike got damaged during our vacation in the area and the parts are not available here. But this guy managed to fix my bike anyway and for a very reasonable price. Very friendly and great service.

Very helpful staff. We rented two e-bikes for two days and a third e-bike for one of the days. The bikes were good quality mountain bikes that also rode well on roads (our intended use, but we ended up trying them on some rougher terrain too).

Ik heb hier een top Bianchi racefiets gehuurd voor een week. De service was erg goed en de kwaliteit van de fiets was ook prima in orde! Met een noodnummer in m’n zak ben ik op pad gegaan (gelukkig niet nodig gehad) en genoten van de schitterende omgeving rondom Alba!
