Da mein Hotel keine E-Bikes vermietete, bin ich in Castiglione auf die Suche gegangen und bei Emiliano di Seri’s «EasyBike», fündig geworden. Das Geschäft befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Emiliano ist freundlich, geduldig (was nicht immer einfach ist mit den hohen Erwartungen der Touristen) und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat sich bereit erklärt, mir das Fahrrad gegen einen bescheidenen Betrag ins Hotel zu liefern und wieder abzuholen. Anfänglich gab es Probleme mit der Kette/Schaltung. Emiliano hat rasch reagiert und das City-E-Bike anstandslos umgetauscht. Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder!

Einfach Klasse.
Hatten einen plattes Vorderrad.
Laut google Sonntags geöffnet, standen dann doch zunächst vor verschlossener Tür. Aber kurzer Kontakt über WhatsApp (Handynummer steht an der Tür)
Und halbe Stunde später war ein neuer Schlauch montiert. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das auf einem Sonntag, zu einem unschlagbaren Preis, das verdient 5 Sterne. Klasse !

Ho avuto modo di conoscere Easybike Maremma in occasione di un loro e-bike tour. È stato tutto organizzato alla perfezione. Strade meravigliose, pranzo e degustazione di vini tutto impeccabile. The owners were very friendly and kind. They were very helpful to ensure the bikes were comfortable and guided us towards trails to make sure we had an awesome day. The bikes had no negatives and worked very well. There are also guided tours you can take to see beautiful views.

Ho acquistato portabagagli per mia bicicletta BMX presa a Dekatlon oltretutto un portapacchi particolare da agganciare alla sella. Oltre al montaggio e aggiustamento dei raggi ruota non mi ha preso niente per manodopera. Persona estremamente gentile e simpatica. Negozio piccolo ma ben organizzato con tutto ciò che serve e di +. Contatterò a breve se possibile altro acquisto da lui. Premetto sono in ferie e non mi conosce. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sono poche.👍🏻💯

I booked a ebike tour at Easy Bike today. I can highly recommend this company. Emiliano is very professional and his ebikes and bikes are high quality. We went up the hill and trough the forest. Absolutely fantastic experience renting from Emiliano. He and Ulrike were incredibly helpful in helping me map a wonderful e-bike route for my girlfriend and I to ride to a gorgeous winery that he had suggested for her birthday. Very easy and uncomplicated renting for a very fair price. We where camping at Campeggio Etruria - and with the bikes it was easy to go to town in 10 min. Pro-Tip: if there are no bikes left at the camping Spot, you can easily walk direct to the store in 20 min and get your bike there 👍

Assolutamente consigliato! Prezzi più che onesti (7€ mezza giornata 10€ giornata intera per una city bike) ma soprattutto servizio impeccabile, ho avuto un problema alla bici che avevo noleggiato (causato da una mia disattenzione, assolutamente non dalla bicicletta che era perfetta) ed in dieci minuti sono arrivati col furgone portandomene una in sostituzione e non hanno voluto nemmeno un euro per il guasto. Riassumendo: bici ottime, prezzi assolutamente convenienti ma soprattutto personale disponibile e cordiale.

Really lovely owners. Great value. Relaxed and “easy” to deal with. We originally booked bike for a day, we were able to return them after the shop shut and when we decided to rent for a further 2 days we were still given a discount. Highly recommended.
