Total nett und zuvorkommend. Im Urlaub ist mir das Schaltwerk gebrochen. In diesem Laden konnten sie das Rad sofort und günstig reparieren. Ich konnte sogar gleich darauf warten. Bis ich einen Parkplatz gefunden hatte, war es fertig. Gänge waren perfekt eingestellt.

Best service, super helpful! Had to walk 10 km back as I broke my rim on the Tuscany trail. Within an hour they fixed me up with a new rim and tire. They keep my broken rim so after the ride I could come get the hub and spokes. These guys go above and beyond. Thanks so much!

Partecipando al Tuscany Trail ho rotto il copertone, sono arrivato a Super Natural Bike a Follonica indicato come supporto dall'organizzazione. Michele in brevissimo tempo ad un prezzo molto buono, ha risolto il problema consentendomi di proseguire e portare a termine il Tuscany Trail. Michele è bravo e molto disponibile, ha una bella officina e il negozio accanto, mi ha dato molti consigli utili. Grazie Michele, Manuel e il tuo staff

Leider sehr schlechter Service; Shop/ Mitarbeiter waren nicht erreichbar (trotz mehrmaligem Versuch aufgrund Unfall und Totaldefekt des Velos!), keine Nachfrage ob es allen gut geht stattdessen versuchte Schuldzuweisung an Kinder (obwohl es sich offensichtlich um Materialzerschleiss handelte). Enttäuschend!

Michele and the team at Super Natural really are super! The team was available during the Tuscany Trail to replace my cracked seat post within the hour (after getting a replacement brought from the shop). I visited the shop afterwards to get a clean and degrease to continue my bike packing journey and didn’t even charge me. Michele is a great guy, super knowledgeable and super friendly!

Sono stato per qualche giorno in vacanza nella zona di Venturina e ho avuto problemi con la mia bici da corsa… Nello specifico tubless della ruota posteriore che non teneva bene…

I was promised a new bike and in the morning i arrived and bike did not had the brake operational sorry they always come with brakes working i give you my personal bike said the service guy. The bike was not in good condition making all sorts of strange sounds and i am pretty sure after 70km of watching the front wheel that was also not 100% straight. Very dissappointed turned beautiful tuscany ride into annoying one. Apparently its ok for bicykle to make strange sounds in italy. I am no mechanic and my personal bike does not make any of that. Cannot reccomend neither the rental or the service.

I went to Follonica to Super Natural bikes in search of a bike hire and and tour of the local single track. The man in the shop was very helpful and gave me the number of there guide Frederico. Frederico was very quick to respond and spoke perfect English. We arranged to meet a few days later. The e bike they provided was latest Scott. We hit the trails and Frederico's knowledge of the area was great. He described the trails perfectly and shouted to make me aware of any sections that might be tough. And then a jump line to finish the ride! I can highly recommend a ride with Frederico! 5 star

The team at Super Natural Bike saved the day for us and our Tuscany cycling trip! We had a mechanical issue while cycling the Tuscany Trail. The team went out of their way to squeeze a temporary repair in first thing on a Monday morning when they opened and had us back on the road within a couple of hours. They then allowed us to come back at the end of the trip to have the original damaged component (now fixed) re-installed.

They were professional, did excellent work and were exceptionally reasonable in their charges (in fact very generous to us).

Servizio fantastico, veloce e super economico!! Ho avuto un problema con il copertone della bici e andava cambiato, era urgente. Il personale ha perciò cambiato il copertone in meno di un’ora ad un prezzo vantaggioso. Se dovrò avere altri problemi, so già da chi andare!! Grazie mille!

Il motore bosch della mia Ghost asx 160 dopo 2 anni e 8500 km è passato a miglior vita, in 7 giorni compreso i festivi, bici con cuore nuovo e costi da non crederci (in senso positivo).

Wir brauchten für unseren Hund ein Fahrradkorb. Da wir die Sprache nicht beherrschten haben sich alle Mitarbeiter herzlich um das verständigen bemüht.
Nach langer suche für ein geeignetes Gestell für den Hunde-Korb sind wir dankbar, dass man uns geholfen hat.
Wir würden hier bei bedarf wider etwas kaufen oder reparieren.
Ihr seid super, vor allem die nette Verkäuferin hat nicht auf gegeben. Danke

Petit problème de chaîne et de dérailleur, prise en charge immédiate avec le sourire vu mon très petit niveau d'italien. Essai et petit réglage, essai dans la rue et réglage gratuit. Merci beaucoup je conseille sans réserve pour l'amabilité et le professionnalisme. 😁👍👍👍
