Abbiamo noleggiato le bici per una giornata e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile! Ci hanno anche consigliato alcuni percorsi da fare nei dintorni!
Le bici erano in ottime condizioni, comode e perfettamente funzionanti. Anche il prezzo ci è sembrato molto onesto. Consigliamo questo noleggio a chi vuole esplorare la zona in modo comodo e divertente!

Leider kann ich die positiven Erfahrungen nicht uneingeschränkt teilen. Die Reservierung (per Telefon und E-Mail) des Fahrrads für neun Tage und auch die Abholung vor Ort haben reibungslos funktioniert, die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und hatte mir bereits zwei Fahrradtaschen an den Gepäckträger geklemmt, um die ich gebeten hatte. Das Fahrrad selbst war aber in einem desolaten Zustand, wie ich in den nächsten Stunden feststellen musste. Die Kette war so trocken, dass sie permanent geknirscht hat, sie ist dann auch direkt am nächsten Tag erstmal abgesprungen. Mit viel Olivenöl und Geduld habe ich sie wieder geschmeidg machen können. Dennoch ließen sich die Gänge nicht gut und nur ungenau schalten. Zudem war die hintere Bremse sehr schwach und hat gequietscht und, wie ich einen Tag später festgestellt habe, hatte das Fahrrad kein Licht und das Profil auf beiden Reifen war auf ein Minimum abgefahren. Insgesamt war das Fahrrad also gerade noch benutzbar, weil ich es nur im kleinen Otranto und für die Fahrt zum Strand brauchte. Aber als Leihfahrrad einer professionellen Fahrradvermietung, die auch als Fahrradwerkstatt fungiert, war das Rad der absolute Witz bzw. eine Zumutung. Bei der Rückgabe meinte die Mitarbeiterin, ich hätte es gern zurückbringen können. Aber ich hatte keine Lust gehabt, wieder eine Stunde damit zu vergeuden. Zudem gehe ich bei einem professionellen Fahrradverleih mit Werkstatt davon aus, dass die Mitarbeiter den Zustand der Fahrräder vor der Ausgabe kontrollieren und die Räder gewartet werden (Bremsen, Kette, Licht, Gangschaltung). Fazit: netter Laden mit schrottigem Fahrrad.

My husband and I hired 2 bikes here for 11 days while on holiday in Otranto and were absolutely delighted with the service. A friendly and efficient welcome, with all requirements met, helmets, locks and panniers. The bikes were sturdy, reliable and easy to ride. We rented three e-bikes for two days. Bikes were fantastic, well maintained and comfortable. We cycled mainly on countryside and coastal paths, both days around 60 km, batteries still with some energy at the end of the day. Bikes came with panniers-no heavy rucksacks on our backs! Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Thank you. We had a great time :)

I hired a road bike from Germano and Simona and had three fantastic rides in Salento.This young couple are very helpful and professional and will satisfy all your cycling needs when you are in the region.They have a wide range of bikes to hire. I would highly recommend this bike shop if you need bike hire or repair when in Otranto.

Alles super in diesem Shop. Wir mieteten 2 E-Bikes für einen Tag und haben uns über den netten Service sehr gefreut. Weil wir wegen Gewitter den Ausflug verschieben mussten, übergab uns der Besitzer am Sonntag, seinem freien Tag, die Räder. Das gäbe es in Deutschland nicht.

Polecam wypożyczalnię z całego serca, przemili właściciele, rower elektryczny sprawował się bez zarzutu, spędziłam na nim cały dzień poznając przepiękne zakątki wschodniego wybrzeża Salento, polecam wszystkim taki rodzaj zwiedzania. Dziękuję wlaścicielom za dodanie odwagi: piano piano :)

Ottimo servizio a noleggio!
Abbiamo noleggiato delle bici per qualche giorno e ci hanno trovato subito disponibilità anche durante alta stagione.
Abbiamo provato sia le bici normale ed elettriche, ambedue nuovissime e comodissime.
Siamo riusciti a muoverci per tutta Otranto e dintorni senza problemi.
Le consiglio soprattutto per andare in zona Alimini.
È stata davvero una piacevole scoperta ed il negozio è locato in una via centrale facilmente raggiungibile.
Proprietari fantastici è molto disponibili con un adorabile amico a quattro zampe.
Sicuramente da consigliare! Se vi serve una bici per la vostra vacanza questo è il luogo giusto :)

Ottimo noleggio! Abbiamo noleggiato due biciclette per fare un giro del Salento in tre giorni. La bicicletta ci è stata consegnata fornita di sacche per il trasporto dei bagagli, porta cellulare da usare come navigatore e catene in abbondanza, ci è stato fornito anche il kit per essere autonomi nell'eventualità di una fornitura.
Proprietario super gentile e disponibile, da tenere come riferimento per noleggiare in Salento.

Un grand merci pour la prestation. J'ai loué un vélo de course équipé de Shimano 105. Tout était parfait : horaire de prise et de remise du vélo. Comme Germano et son épouse étaient libres ce jour là, ils ont même accepté le retour du vélo en dehors de l'horaire d'ouverture du magasin, sur rendez-vous fixé à l'avance. Les vitesses étaient précises, pneus bien gonflés, hauteur de la selle bien réglée, pédales adaptées à mes chaussures. Très bon mécsnicien. On m'a proposé de faire un petit tour sur route pour tout vérifier avant le départ du magasin. Personnel à l'écoute du client et très souriant. Je conseille vivement ce magasin à tous les cyclistes.

Zeer goede e-bike en excellente service!

Ik huurde een mooie e-bike voor 24 uur. De e-bike werkte uitstekend en kwam met een helm en slot. Omdat ik niet wist hoe ver ik zou fietsen kreeg ik voor de zekerheid ook een oplader mee. De voorwielmotor was voor mij even wennen, en zorgt er als het ware voor dat je vooruit getrokken wordt bij het opstarten. De heuvels waren zeer goed te doen met de ondersteuning van de fiets.

Grote aanrader om de omgeving van Otranto te ontdekken, o.a. Lago Fontanelle, Bosco Orte/Cava di Bauxite en Faro Punto di Palascia waren prima te fietsen in 1 dag. Houdt er rekening mee dat Google je soms via routes wil sturen die niet te doen zijn met een fiets.

Toen ik vlak voor het terugbrengen van de fiets in de problemen kwam met de ketting, werd er snel en zeer behulpzaam gereageerd.

Rented electric bikes from BIROTA. They were perfect for exploring the area around Otranto. They were really good value for money and had long lasting batteries that allowed us to explore the area for much longer every day than what we originally planned.The owners were really nice and helpful. We would definitely rent bikes from BIROTA again next time we visit Pulia.

Nous avons loué des vélos pour une semaine pour un voyage en itinérante dans les Pouilles.
Réservation facile. Germano a répondu à toutes nos demandes rapidement par mail ou wathapps.
Les vélos etaient très bien équipés
Nous avons pris les vélos à Lecce et rendus à Ostuni. Germano et son épouse étaient à l heure et attentifs à nos interrogations.

Location de 2 VAE . Rien à redire.
Nous avons bénéficié de sacoches pour mettre nos affaires, d'un porte téléphone ...et dune carte avec quelques itinéraires . En revanche pas de kit anti-crevaison
Petite vérification à faire avant de partir : la pression des pneus car un pneu n'était pas assez gonflé sur un des 2 velos
