Jeśli miałabym wypożyczać kolejny raz rowery w Lecco, kolejny raz wybrałabym właśnie tą firmę.

2x hybrid ebike and 2x road bike booked well in advance and rider heights provided.

Shop door sign has opening at 0930, member staff turned up at 1000, wasting half and hour of our day.

e bikes not cleaned since previous hire.

One e bike battery failed to work in shop- replaced with a filthy, muddy mountain bike, the motor of which subsequently failed half way up the Madonna Del Ghisallo climb spoiling our day.

One road bike had a dead electric front derailleur battery-thankfully picked up by us, in the shop

Second road bike too big-had to use the shop lady's own bike as no other bike of appropriate size.

The member of staff did her best for us and we got the feeling she was not supported by the owner/management-this was not her fault but the signs of a shambles of a bike hire shop. She was struggling to cope with the numbers of customers in the shop at the beginning and end of the day- insufficient staff .

We wasted an hour in the shop at the start and then a further 20 minutes at the end when she tried to contact her manager/owner to enquire regarding our demands for a refund for the failed mountain bike (at the least ) , the manager /owner seemed reluctant to attend . Thus we left without a refund , having wasted more of our day.

Avoid this shambolic mess of a hire shop and its inadequately maintained bikes !!!! We certainly won't be back !

Ottimo servizio!!! Ho noleggiato due bici a pedalata assistita per la domenica pomeriggio. Buona disponibilità di modelli e dimensioni. La signorina addetta gentile e disponibile. Se siete a Lecco vale la pena farsi un giro sul lungo lago e anche sulla sponda opposta. Se poi la bicicletta ha anche il motore elettrico..... tanto meglio

Ho portato una bici da rivedere dopo un lungo periodo di ferma. Ho aspettato una settimana per un preventivo esorbitante...ho girato praticamente l angolo e da un altro gentile signore,con la metà dei soldi ho sistemato la bici!

Ho prenotato le bici via telefono. Le bici sono eccezionali, e il servizio di ritiro bici e consegna molto preciso, puntale e flessibile. La signora che ci ha assistito è stata gentilissima ed ha accontentato ogni nostra richiesta. I prezzi sono veramente buoni. Consigliatissimo! Ha reso la nostra giornata al lago veramente perfetta

Ho noleggiato due e-bike (una con seggiolino per una bimba di un anno). La ragazza addetta alla consegna, Silvia, è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Le biciclette sono molto belle e consegnate in condizioni perfette. Il costo è adeguato alla qualità del servizio. Il negozio, oltre al noleggio, si occupa anche della vendita di biciclette ed accessori: da tenere presente!

Acquistata una Specialized Turbo Levo 22 presso di loro con una Silvia sempre gentile e disponibile. Ma è stato quando si è verificato un problema che si è vista l'efficienza: Silvia ha risolto la magagna in meno di 24 ore (dicansi: VENTIQUATTRO ORE), quando a volte il fermo bici dura giorni se non settimane. Grazie Silvia, grazie Lake Como Bike.

Consigliatissimo!!! Ho noleggiato due bici a pedalata assistita per un'intera giornata. Si ok, le tariffe potrebbero sembrare alte, ma se si tiene conto che quello che ci offrono non è un oggetto da due soldi, e che si passeranno delle fantastiche ore all'aria aperta, ne vale proprio la pena!! La ragazza (Silvia) che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo fatti consigliare da lei l'itinerario da seguire e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti👍🏿 fossero tutti così i noleggi bike🔝✌🏼
