Hemos hecho la ruta de 57 km en e-bike de Lucca-Matraia-Montecarlo-Lucca, y ha sido maravilloso. El mapa que te dan para google maps, la ruta, la comodidad de las bicicletas, y el trato, es increible! Sin mucha experiencia en bici, lo hemos hecho sin problema. Paramos en Buonamico a probar vinos, y todo fenomenal. Gracias, 100% recomendable!

Muy contento por el alquiler y servicio . Me alquilaron una bicicleta Pinnarello prácticamente nueva , les di mi Bike fit y Paladino me dejo la bicicleta perfecta para montar!

Adicionalmente me informó de una ruta muy chula por los alrededores .

Definitivamente lo recomendaría y si algún día vuelvo a Lucca , les visitaré!

Genieten met grote woorden. We hadden gereserveerd voor een groep met rit van Puccini onder begeleiding van een perfecte gids met muziek van Puccini. De rit was prachtig op de muren van Lucca met veel uitleg en veel stops, niet te zwaar en aangenaam om mee te maken. Ik kan niet spreken over de andere aanbieders maar deze was zekr top!

Great family owned shop. We rented bikes while visiting Lucca to ride around the wall, bikes fitted well and were clearly well maintained. Prices were very reasonable at 5€/hour/bike for a basic city bike. They had higher end bikes available for those interested. Would highly recommend!

I went in because of the good reviews, but the person inside didn’t even respond to my greeting. When I asked for information about the tour, they gave no answer at all. Zero empathy, I honestly don’t understand how someone can work in tourism if they’re not interested in offering good service.

We had such a phenomenal two days with Paladino! We rented e-bikes and did a wine and olive oil tasting. Paladino is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and an awesome local guide. He’s owned his shop for 30 years and knows the best routes for a great time! Our friends even brought their dog along for an adventure. Come visit Lucca and check out Chrono Bikes!!

We rented the normal city bikes for a week. The employee was really friendly and helpfull. We were struggling to find a good place to rent the bikes from home so i want to share this location. When we had a flat tire, we just swapped bikes and that was all good without extra cost. Very good, highly recommended.

We went on a bike tour with Paladino and it was the best. We used electric bikes which were top quality. The tour included a terrific lunch based on a fish theme and wine pairings. Paladino was very personable and made our experience one that we will cherish for ever.

Carlo at Chrono Bikes provided excellent assistance via email in perfect English as we planned our trip from Australia to Lucca for 4 days of riding. He managed to answer all my questions comprehensively and provided a high level of confidence before travelling. Once there we were fitted out by Paladino (the Master) on some excellent Pinarello road bikes with all the gear we needed. The riding, including days to the coast via Pisa and Via Reggio were excellent and the bikes just magic. A small plug for my Hammerhead bike computer that provided hassle-free route planning and turn for turn GPS navigation. Fantastic service all round by the Chrono team - no wonder they have been in the business for 30 years - Excellent!!!!

Deludente,solo due giorni fà, ho fatto riparare la bici e ho pagato 30 euro. Mezz'ora fà, sono andata da loro con la bici sospinta a mano perché bloccata mentre pedalato e ho fatto una faticaccia. Ho chiesto cortesemente se mi davano una mano,AVREI PAGATO L''INTERVENTO. Non ho nemmeno potuto dire una parola in più che mi hanno risposto:" durante il week end non si fanno riparazioni ". Punto. Ho girato le spalle e me ne sono andata. Peccato per loro,hanno perso una cliente. E io sarei un'ottima cliente, perché la bici la uso molto e capitano degli imprevisti. A chi mi chiederà dov'è un biciclettaio,certamente non indicherò Chronò.

A family run business trading for 30 years where they rent not only city bikes suitable for families etc. but high end quality Pinarello road and gravel bikes which are well maintained. Friendly service by Paladino and his son Carlo and helpful route suggestions. Had the pleasure of doing a ride with Paladino! Highly recommended.

If you get there at the time of finals of one of the bike races owner will ask you to watch it wit him and that's how it should be in Italy. Rental price was not low, but I got a brand new Pinarello worth 3500€. I got a puncture at Ponte di Maddalena, can you imagine a better workshop location? ;)

Chrono Bikes in Lucca Italy are +5* as they made a dream come true for me! I requested the rental of a road bike, they rented to me a top notch machine in the Pinarello Paris with electric shifter. They send you out with map to ride some of the most breathtaking roads in the world around Lucca and surrounding towns. They equipped me with everything I needed (shoes, helmet, water bottles) all included in their cost. If you love riding bikes and are in Lucca, I highly recommend Chrono you will not be disappointed!
Pricing for this high end bike was very fair, my only regret was I didn't get a chance to rent it a couple of more times during my stay.
Thank-you Chrono, I want to return to Lucca just to ride with you again!

Noleggio a cinque stelle, non fosse per la pessima assistenza clienti (e mi riferisco ad un solo adetto in particolare): l'oggetto personale lasciato in custodia, una sacca chiusa da un laccio, mi è stata restituita vuota, appallottolata, con il cappellino che c'era dentro a parte e il resto del contenuto non pervenuto. Fortunatamente non era di valore, anzi trattasi di oggetti che il noleggio stesso, nella figura del proprietario del negozio (al contrario impeccabile) mi aveva lasciato. Nonostante i solleciti per mail, non sono state fornite alcune spiegazioni. Un trattamento sufficiente da parte della stessa persona è stato riscontrato in fase di prenotazione. Ho volutamente aspettato prima di lasciare questa recensione, ma ad oggi le mie rischieste di chiarimenti sono andate a vuoto. Lo scambio, neanche a dirlo, è avvenuto sempre con la stessa persona. Al di là dello smarrimento di oggetti di poco valore, assolutamente trascurabile, ritengo estremamente grave l'episodio e il modo in cui è stato gestito. A special story - not about the excellent Pinarello F5 bike and the super friendly bike staff - but about the elevated superior customer service - and kindness - of the Owner, Paladino.
During a Sunday ride, a fall on a descent produced cuts/abrasions and a damaged bike - in the middle of nowhere.
As I walked into a small local village, a very kind lady offered assistance - sanitising liquid for the abrasions and even a homecooked meal! Amazing!
But....how to get back to Lucca?
Fortunately/incredibly...the lady knew the owner of Chrono, Paladino .....numerous phone discussions...and Paladino rode out to the village, fixed the bike, and we rode back to Lucca.
I am a very lucky man, thankful for the acts of generosity and revealing the outstanding level of customer service that Chrono provide,
