Good communication before the rental. Deposit smooth and easy.
I turned up the morning of the booking to find the shop shut. No answer on phones.
Emailed to ask when I could get the bike; they said it would not be until 2pm on the first day of booking. They did not reach out to say this first, I had to email.

Luckily another bike shop in Lucca, Amici, saved the day and got me sorted right away.

A great option to rent bikes, guided tours, and get the lowdown on cycling adventures around Lucca.

I reached out to Cristiano weeks before our trip and was able to rent and e bike for my wife and a top notch cervelo for myself. I can be a bit picky and it was easy to communicate with Cristiano about models, components and wheels.

Once we picked up the bikes, Cristiano reached out a few times to make sure we were happy and even suggested routes. This was a great level of service. If you’re looking for a shop with pro level service, ran by people who are passionate riders, this is it. Thanks RAR!

The airline did not provide my suitcase inclusive bicycle equipment, but Christiano at Ruota a Ruota provided me with competent and friendly help. The bikes I also rented were delivered on time with all the necessary equipment (saddlebags, locks, etc.) and were in very good condition. Me was also given excellent routes for longer rides through the Apennines.

Amazing customer service. Cristiano is fabulous,friendly and speaks excellent English compared to my basic Italian.
We hired 3 EBikes, delivered and rode to Pisa from Lucca with more rides planned for the week.
Cristiano also has great insight for routes around Tuscany, to accommodate all abilities.

I’ve hired road bikes from this company for the last 4 years whenever I visit Lucca, they are extremely helpful, the bikes are very well maintained, I have found them to be a very friendly, trustworthy and reliable company who have a lot of knowledge about all the best places to cycle around Lucca and beyond, they are clearly genuine passionate cyclists, and they speak very good English, I highly recommend them.
