We came off a cruise ship in La Spezia and received 5 star service from Lorenzo. Pickup outside the cruise terminal, e-bikes were top of the line, personal 5 hour tour at an intermediate level (definitely stretched our athletic abilities:) through the country and along the top of Cinque Terre. A bike ride to remember!

I rented for a group of 6 riders eMTB's from the shop. We got a phenomenal service! The shop arranged 6 bikes, although it was a higher quantity than their usual capacity. In addition, they transformed the bikes for us to the starting point (for a fee, of course). Lorenzo, who was my contact person, answered email promptly, took care to all my requests, and kept continues connection via WhatsApp during the rental period. At the end, we took a one day tour with him to the marble quarries, and again - it was just great. Highly recommended!

Ho acquistato oggi una bici nel loro negozio ed ho ricevuto un trattamento che non vedevo da troppo tempo nei confronti dei clienti. Un occhio al dettaglio ed a farti sentire apprezzato come cliente, il signore mi ha addirittura sistemato la sella, i freni mi ha regalato degli accessori ed ha dispensato consigli. La signora molto gentile e professionale.
Sono partito da Torino per questa bici ma rifarei il viaggio mille volte anche fosse solo per acquistare un copertone.

I ordered a Como 4 on-line and picked it up in the store. Staff were helpful and the bike is just right for me. Goes up the steepest hills I live near. Good !

They didn't have a mirror in stock, but I found one in La Spezia.

The only odd thing about the bike is the 'lock' function. It stops the motor working, but you can still steal the bike and cycle away on it, using pedal power. Its not 'locking' the bike. I expected the wheels to not turn once locked. But OK, have a manual bike lock I use.

I'm pleased with the ordering process and delivery.

Sempre professionali. Ho avuto un problema con motore su turbolevo specialized. Sia la casa madre che soprattutto il rivenditore hanno saputo accogliere le mie osservazioni/rimostranze e sono pienamente soddisfatta. Ho scelto Specialized per la fama del marchio ma soprattutto perché Bici Sport mi avrebbe seguito. Sono contenta della scelta e consiglio a chiunque di scegliere un marchio anche in funzione dell'assistenza di alta qualità che può offrire un rivenditore. Gratitudine all intero staff.

Ottima assistenza, gli ho spedito forcella ed ammortizzatore Fox un po' datati che a Milano non mi sistemavano e mi hanno fatto manutenzione completa con riparazione in brevissimo tempo e con gran professionalità. Veramente consigliati.

Ho mandato 2 ammortizzatori a far revisionare. Sono tornati come nuovi in tempi brevissimi. Inoltre sono stati davvero onesti perchè mi hanno detto che uno dei due ammo non aveva bisogno di un cambio di guarnizioni, e quindi mi hanno fatto pagare meno di quanto mi avevano preventivato. Sicuramente tornerò da loro al prossimo service! Grazie Antonio!

I had a few issues with my bike after purchasing it from another store and I called in last minute. Couldn’t be happier with the service and a really friendly team. Top end S works bike… they knew exactly what they were doing and clearly had a lot of care in their work. They were really busy too and made a lot of time and effort for me… really reasonable price too. Spoke in English for me which is rare around here! Thanks so much!
