Llegue al taller en grua con un llantazo impresionante en mi rueda delantera. Todo fueron buenas noticias y en 14 horas estaba otra vez curveando por la preciosa Cerdeña.

Mi moto tuvo una pequeña avería, se rompió el depósito de líquido del freno trasero. Vimos por google maps que en Nuoro estaba este taller Ducati. Nos trataron excelentemente y en 15-20' la moto volvió a estar lista para circular.

Ich hatte spät Nachmittags einen Sturz mit meiner Multi, das Motorrad gegen 18:00 abgeliefert und am nächsten Vormittag war es wieder fahrbereit. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit ist beeindruckend. Wasser und Kaffee wurde direkt Angeboten. Auch Preislich war es ok, Trotz der Not wird man dort nicht abgezockt. Wünschte mir in Deutschland so eine Werkstatt.

Nach einer Reifenpanne nahe Lula wurde meine BMW nach Nuoro abgeschleppt und 2 neue Reifen montiert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wurde sofort Kaffee und Wasser angeboten. Mit hoher Motivation und Präzision wurde der Reifenwechsel durchgeführt, jede angezogene Schraube wurde zum Schluss noch mit Sicherungslack markiert. Nur 3h nach der Panne war ich mit neuen Reifen wieder auf der Straße. Denanni Motorsport wird von mir mit höchster Zufriedenheit weiterempfohlen.

5 Sterne sind für diese Männer und ihre Werkstatt, vor allem die Fachkompetenz und den Service noch viel zu wenig! War mit meiner 1290 Super Duke GT dort, weil mein hinters Federbein eine Fehlermeldung anzeigte. Sie haben den Fehlerspeicher ausgelesen, meine Batterie durchgemessen, die Prognose ist, das Federbein hat einen Defekt und muss ausgetauscht werden. Sie hätten mir sogar spontan ein gebrauchtes eingebaut, sodass mein Urlaub nicht eingeschränkt weitergehen und die Rückfahrt auf Achse nach Deutschland problemlos verlaufen wäre. Musste aber am nächsten Tag Richtung Fähre und von Livorno aus nach Hause. Sie bestätigten mir, dies sei technisch möglich, aber ich solle aufpassen, da mein Heck weicher gefedert und die Fahrstabilität nun eingeschränkt sei. Ergebnis ist, ich bin gut und sicher wieder daheim angekommen. Das ganze für 20€ kosten und dazu gab es noch einen Kaffee und eine Flasche Wasser. Auch meinem Kumpel, der dabei war, haben sie an seiner Ducati Hypermotard 950 den desolaten Fußbremshebel repariert. Muss wohl versehentlich beim Fahren damit den Boden berührt haben, das ganze für 15€.
Fazit...
Eine bessere, kompetentere und freundlichere Werkstatt ganz besonders das Personal, habe ich noch nie kennenlernen dürfen! Würde sie sogar zu meiner künftigen Stammwerkstatt machen, wenn die Anreise nicht so kompliziert und kostenintensiv wäre!
Eine ganz klare und ausnahmslose Empfehlung für alle, die auf der Insel sind und Hilfe für's Motorrad benötigen!!!

An einem Freitag habe ich am Anfang meines Urlaubs auf der Insel gemerkt, dass ein Gabelsimmering an meiner Husqvarna Nuda undicht geworden ist.
Bin am Nachmittag direkt zu den freundlichen und sehr qualifizieren Mitarbeitern zu Denanni gefahren und habe einen Termin am kommenden Montag morgen bekommen.
Das Ersatzteil war vorrätig und ich konnte mein Motorrad am Nachmittag repariert und mit neuem Gabelöl wieder abholen.
Der Preis war günstig, ich bin mit dem Service mehr als zufrieden und kann jedem, der ein technisches Problem mit seinem Bike hat diese Werkstatt nur empfehlen.

Absolutely outstanding service! 🙌
While riding my Ducati Multistrada on Sardinia, my brake light and cruise control suddenly stopped working. I stopped by Denanni Motorsport in Nuoro without an appointment and was welcomed with a big smile.
The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They quickly found the problem – just a blown fuse – gave me two new fuses for free, and even offered me a cold bottle of water. 🥤
Such kindness, honesty, and hospitality are truly rare these days.

Ringraziamo di cuore lo staff del centro. Ci siamo fermati sabato 11 ottobre con la nostra BMW acquistata usata in un altro centro a Reggio Emilia per un controllo dell'olio freni. Very great service!
While on a road trip in Sardinia with my Ducati Multistrada, my battery stopped working. I stopped by Denanni Motorsport in Nuoro without an appointment, and they welcomed me with a big smile. They immediately took care of the problem, checking the alternator and changing the battery. Just over an hour after I arrived, I was back on the road.
The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They even offered us a cold bottle of water and a cup of coffee.

Contattati per un problema alla mia multistrada, già disponibili e gentili telefonicamente. Arrivati in officina e dopo una breve spiegazione sul misfatto, in un paio di minuti la moto era già sul ponte.
Lavoro eseguito in un paio d’ore causa pausa pranzo, che dire super professionali e preparati, ma soprattutto cortesi, gentili e super disponibili. Fossero nella mia città potrei valutare il trasferimento nella loro officina. Se siete in Sardegna e avete un problema contattate loro. Officine così con la cura per i mezzi e soprattutto per le persone ormai ne sono rimaste poche. Fantastici!

Durante un viaggio in moto in Sardegna ho avuto bisogno di assistenza per rimuovere il tappo dell’olio bloccato. Mi sono rivolto all’officina Denanni Moto di Nuoro e sono rimasto colpito dalla disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia del personale: si sono subito messi al lavoro, risolvendo il problema in pochi minuti e senza chiedere nulla in cambio.

Un’accoglienza rara, fatta di gentilezza e competenza, che merita davvero di essere segnalata.
Consiglio vivamente questa officina a tutti i motociclisti sardi e ai turisti in viaggio sull’isola: troverete persone appassionate e preparate.

Ottimo anche lo showroom di caschi e accessori, ben fornito e con personale attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Eine der besten Werkstätten die ich kenne :)

Am Dienstag um 18:00 habe ich meine KTM mit Kupplung schaden zu der Werksatt gebracht und konnte das Motorrad am nächsten Tag um 11:00 Uhr Abholen( Ohne Termin) :)
Der Urlaub war gerettet

After noticing a leak on my fork, I was looking for a local mechanic, but unfortunately, there was no one nearby capable of helping me. Anxious to have it fixed before my booked ferry departed, I looked further and came across Denanni Motorsport. After reviewing the pictures I sent via WhatsApp, I got the immediate feedback: 'We can do it, no problem.' Well, I was quite relieved and happily drove to Nuoro. After just two days, I got the message that it was fixed. Picking it up, I can say they’ve done a good job for a fair price. A big thanks to the team at Denanni Motorsport!

Hatte Nachmittags einen platten Reifen.
Denanni war in kürzester Zeit vor Ort und hat mich zu deren Werkstatt gebracht. Am nächsten Morgen war das Bike wieder fahrbereit und die Touren konnten weitergehen. Auch Preis/Leistung stimmte.

Thanks to the Swiss Helpline TCS, my motorbike was towed 70 km to Nuoro. We arrived practically unannounced at Denanni Motorsport Garage. We assumed that the problem had to do with the starter but the real cause could be diagnosed quickly and the battery replaced. We got coffee and water while waiting and were happy to continue our journey within a very short notice. Thank you very much for the great help and very friendly contact!

Auf dem Weg nach Bitti ist der Gaszug meiner Harley gerissen. Der Apschleppservice hat mich nach Nuoro zu Denanni Motorsport gebracht. Bei der Ankunft gab es erst einmal einen Kaffee und Kuchen.... typisch italienisch. :) Über das Wochenende wurde der Gaszug qualitativ repariert. Die Werkstatt ist Spitzenklasse und die Leute vor Ort sind sehr freundlich!!!!Denanni Motorsport ist definitiv zum empfehlen!!! Die MV Augusta Brutale in der Auslage ist auch einen Besuch wert!!!!;)

en panne avec ma BMW 1250 GS l'équipe de Dennani m'a dépanne bien, rapidement et à un prix raisonnable. laissé le vendredi soir j'ai pu la récupérér lundi après midi. Grâce à eux mes vacances ont pu continuer quelques jours plus tard. Bravo les gars ! vous étés formidables et en plus gentils et accueillants.
