This is one of the best bike shops I have ever dealt with when purchasing a new mountain bike. We arrive in Italy for an extended holiday and hope to purchase bikes upon our arrival. After failing to find what we wanted at shops in Rome and other shops in Umbria the staff at Cicli Clementi was able to order us exactly what we were looking for in Scott bicycles and also recieved them when we were promised. The bike fitting was done in a professional manner and we left the shop the happy owners of some fine mountain bikes. I will definitely go back to Cicli Clementi for any future bicycle needs.
(This section added later 10/31/2019)A need did arise for Cicli Clementi to take care of a warantee issue with the front fork on the bike I had purchased a month and a half earlier. They not only took care of the problem in a professional manner but they also fit another fork and wheel to my bike to keep me rolling. Again, I will definitely go back to Cicli Clementi for any future bicycle needs.

After a 3 year absence we have finally made our way back to Italy and a visit to Cicli Clementi. We arrived with our bikes we purchased in 2019 to have them tuned up for our 3 month tour by bike around Italy. After our 3 year absence from Italy the service at Cicli Clementi is still the best a person could find. Fast, professional and friendly. Do not hesitate to purchase or have service performed on your bike from this shop. Still the best!

In viaggio dalla toscana alle marche, in prossimità di bevagna spacco copertone posteriore alla mia giant defy chiedo di un riparatore di cicli e mi viene indicato cicli clementi dove trovo, cortesia competenza e onestà, in un quarto d'ora sostituito flap camera d'aria e copertone. Posso riprendere il viaggio .......
