Mein Bike kam kaputt an im März 2022. Bis heute habe ich weder Ersatz noch mein Geld zurückbekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Fehler passieren überall, aber dann muss man sie auch in Ordnung bringen,

Das Fahrrad wurde wie immer vor dem Versand überprüft, es ist intakt und funktionstüchtig.
Auch wenn Sie das Ersatzteil nach der Lieferung angefordert haben, haben wir uns dennoch entschieden, es kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen, aber leider ist das Ersatzteil für Ihr Fahrrad aufgrund von Produktionsblockaden, die in diesem Zeitraum die Fahrradwelt ausbremsen, noch nicht verfügbar.

This company sent my order to the wrong address. Then they blamed me. Then they refused to help me get it sent to right address. Terrible customer service!!

we shipped to your address in short time, you put that address in your order and received it there.

Only after shipping you noted that the shipping address was your billing address and not another one.

We are sorry you didn't check it before to send order and after shipping we can't change address to another one.
