Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vespa-Verleih. Wir haben hier eine Vespa gemietet, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Die Abwicklung ging sehr schnell: keine Kreditkarte nötig, bezahlen, Helm auf und losfahren. Während unserer Reise hatten wir einen technischen Defekt, der vor Ort nicht sofort behoben werden konnte. Uns wurde jedoch schnell geholfen, und wir haben für den restlichen Zeitraum eine andere Vespa zur Verfügung bekommen.

Der Verleih ist absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man Spaß mit einer Vespa in Italien haben möchte.

Nepujcovali jsme si nic, ale vyuzili jsme jako nouzovy servis pro porouchane e-kolo. Je to takova ta spravna umastena dilna se spoustou naradi na zdech, chlapi a damy v monterkach. Pani byla sikovna a s kolem nam pomohla, a ani za to nic nechtela.

2018 - MTB E-bike en scooter gehuurd alles stond netjes klaar, inleveren ondanks feestdag geen probleem , prima service en aardige mensen.
2024 - weer een MTB E-bike gehuurd, fully stond klaar, en is prima in orde, ruim 52 km rond Volterra gefiets, prachtige omgeving, en je komt op plaatsen waar je anders niet zo snel komt, wederom prima service en vriendelijke mensen.

Absolut toller Service! Wir haben ein eBike gemietet und waren echt begeistert! Das Bike funktionierte einwandfrei und zuverlässig. Helm, Notfallset und Schloss - alles war in einem Rucksack dabei. Das Bike wurde uns zur Ferienwohnung gebracht und wieder abgeholt, einfach super 👍 danke!

E-bikes were excellent and at a good price, we had an amazing day cycling around the rolling hills of Florence. Make sure to ask for a pump though because we weren’t given one and got a flat tyre so had to spend an hour in a tiny Italian village trying to find one!

I can not express my gratitude enough for this shop and its people.
I rented a Vespa from a different company, and had a tire defect. Becuzzi Rent's people came for us, to the middle of nowhere, picked up the bike and us and took back to Volterra.
The maestro replaced the tire and we were good to go.

We hebben hier 4 scooters gehuurd. Alles was goed geregeld. Een parkeerplaats voor onze auto werd geregeld toen er geen plaats was voor de winkel. Het papierwerk duurde wat lang.

Great service, very nice people! Unfortunately we had a small accident with one of the scooters. We were worried about losing the deposit we left with the rental company, but the clerk was really relaxed about the whole affair and only charged us a small sum of money. She was almost more concerned about the driver's health than the scooter's condition. She even cleaned and bandaged the driver's scrapes :) 5 stars!

Ottimo servizio di noleggio con ebike molto affidabili. La Sig.ra Giada ci ha anche consigliato che giro fare utilizzando l'app Outdooractive che dispone di tracce gps che partono di fronte al negozio! Perdersi è impossibile. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren mit unserem Hase PINO Tandem auf Radtour und hatten ein Problem mit unseren Hydraulik Bremsen. Die Bremsbeläge wurden sofort getauscht, sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin, wenngleich Kommunikation auf Englisch etwas schwierig. Die Arbeit musste immer wieder unterbrochen werden, weil so viel los war im Verleih.

Habe hier ein fast neues eMTB-Fully gemietet und hattet viel Spaß damit in den Bergen um Volterra. Bei einem kleinen technischen Problem habe ich sofort ein Austausch-Rad bekommen. Toller Service, nette Leute, einfach super! Sehr zu empfehlen.
