Ci siamo dovuti recare in questo negozio a causa di un problema tecnico giusto il giorno in cui siamo partiti per un bikepacking lungo la Sardegna. Abbiamo trovato un personale super preparato e cortese che ha risolto il nostro problema (cambio del pacco pignoni e delle corone). Ci hanno permesso di poter continuare la nostra vacanza. Prezzi giusti. Il negozio è anche molto ben fornito!

I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. Friendly, professional, and truly care to help you out. 2 mechanics stayed after hours on a holiday to try to fix my ebike. They knew I had come to Sardinia on a bike trip and tried their absolute best to find a solution for me. Most bike shops don’t actually care - here they really do! Thanks again guys.

We had problems with the rear wheel before the Transardinia trip. We needed a new rim tape and tire. I have to say that the guy really wanted to help us. He found the rim tape we needed for a 27.5" wheel. The tape was too wide, so he cut it. But this was the end of the good experience. He pierced one of our tubes. I told him that he have to prefill the tube before inserting it into the tire, but he didn’t listen. Then he told us that the rim was bad because the tire didn’t click into the right spot (it would have clicked, but he didn’t want to exceed the max pressure written on the tire). I wanted to do everything by myself, but he just didn’t want to give me my wheel. I am giving you 5 stars for being willing to help, but 1 star for arrogance.

Ringrazio Fancello per aver risolto un problema alla bici di mio figlio. In allenamento si era guastato il deragliatore del cambio elettronico ed il negozio ne aveva già uno disponbile. Il tempo di metterla sul cavalletto e nel giro di 1h la bici era a posto . Consiglio questo negozio per professionalità e disponibilità.

This bike shop saved my holiday! I turned up with new wheels for my cannondale Supersix Evo only to find out that they would not fit its asymmetric frame. The wonderful mechanics at the shop dished the wheel for me so it was able to fit and I could start my bike packing trip! Price was also so reasonable and staff so friendly. Could not recommend this place more!
