​Wir waren im September 2025 im Norden Sardiniens und haben unsere Gravel Bikes bei Good Mood Cycling gemietet – eine Entscheidung, die sich wirklich gelohnt hat. Die Abwicklung war von Anfang an super einfach. Die Buchung habe ich schon vorab aus Deutschland über die Webseite gemacht und konnte per Mail noch kurz ein paar Details mit dem Inhaber klären, was schnell und unkompliziert lief. Der Service vor Ort war hervorragend. Man merkt sofort, dass die beiden Inhaber ihre Bikes lieben. Die Räder waren in einem perfekten Zustand und wurden genau auf uns eingestellt. Im Mietpreis für die sechs Tage waren praktischerweise auch Reparatur-Kits und Schlösser enthalten. Die Flexibilität war klasse: Wir konnten die Bikes nachts entweder mit in unsere Unterkunft nehmen oder das Angebot nutzen, sie sicher in der Verleihstation abzustellen. Was uns aber am meisten geholfen hat, waren die vielen Tipps für Routen und Strecken. Das war echtes Insider-Wissen, inklusive Infos, welche Strände öffentlich zugänglich sind – die beiden sind professionell, sehr freundlich und wirklich entgegenkommend.
​Unsere Wahl der Gravel Bikes war perfekt für die Region. Viele Straßen im Norden sind einfach nicht für Rennräder gemacht, und mit den Gravel Bikes konnten wir auch die anspruchsvollen Wege an der Küste bewältigen. Nur so konnten wir die schönsten Ecken entdecken. Manchmal mussten wir zwar absteigen und schieben, aber die Touren waren damit auch deutlich länger möglich als mit reinen Mountainbikes. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Die Bezahlung inklusive Kaution lief reibungslos und ohne Beanstandungen. Wir können Good Mood Cycling jedem, der Sardinien mit dem Rad erkunden will, uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier bekommt man nicht nur top gepflegte Räder, sondern auch einen herausragenden Service.

Great bike rental!!
We had a fantastic time thanks to Maurizio and Alessio - the service was so friendly and incredibly helpful! They gave us perfect route recommendations, including mountain bike trails in Punta Contessa Park and a beautiful ride to explore Capo Testa. The bikes were new and very well maintained—highly appreciated - we definitely recommend!

Dieser Fahrradverleih ist sehr professionell und sympathisch. Mit Google Maps lässt sich der Weg dorthin gut finden. Wir waren froh, dass der Verleih im Oktober noch geöffnet war, weil in Santa Teresa langsam Saisonende ist und einige Restaurants bereits geschlossen sind. Es ist praktisch, dass der Spar-Supermarkt in der Nähe ist, wo man Proviant für seinen Ausflug kaufen kann. Sie haben eine grosse Auswahl mit guter Ausrüstung. Alles klappt perfekt. Man erhält per Mail Antwort innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, engagiert und freundlich und geben Tipps, wo man sich schöne Sachen ansehen kann. Sie kennen die Region sehr gut und zeigen es ihnen auf dem Computer. Sie erhalten auch einen Helm, eine Pumpe und kleines Reperaturwerkzeug. Wir sind Richtung Capo Testa gefahren und haben uns Lu Brandali (Gigantengrab) angesehen. Sie fahren auf dem Weg nach Capo Testa dort vorbei. Wenn Sie sich für die Geschichte Sardiniens interessieren ist es sehr lehrreich. Es lohnt sich auch den Naturpark Punta Contessa zu besuchen. Bitte darauf achten, wo der Weg für Fußgänger und wo der Weg für Mountainbikes durchführt. Man kann im Park zu Fuss bis zu den Klippen spazieren und hat einen fantastischen Meerblick. Wir haben sogar süsse Wildschweine gesehen :-) Wir empfehlen den Fahrradverleih sehr gerne weiter. Wir finden es sehr schön, dass man die Möglichkeit hat Fahrräder zu mieten, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs sein möchte. Die Preisen sind sehr fair.

We had a brilliant day out on the bikes thanks to Good Mood Cycling! The guys were super friendly, helpful and adjusted everything to fit our little family perfectly. They also showed us maps of the area and gave some great tips about on where to go. The bikes were great quality - sturdy and got us safely up and down the hills of Capo Testa. Highly recommend :)

We wanted to hire some bikes during our holiday.
With the heat and not knowing where to visit we decided to take a guided tour.
If this is of interest to you, Maurizio owner of Good Mood Cycling Sardinia is the man.
Maurizio our guide for the 3 hour morning cycle took us around Santa Teresa Gallura and Capo Testa.
Maurizio is very knowledgeable of this area, where we stopped at historical sights like WW2 bunker, lighthouse along with many beaches and a special place that not many people have visited.
Maurizio gave perfect advice on the use of the E-bikes and tricky terrain. Maurizio cared for us through out the trip.

Highly recommend the guided tour and trust me 3 hours is enough in the heat!!

Great experience from Good Mood Cycling. The guys were really helpful when I popped in to see what the options were. I ended up hiring a Mountain Bike for a couple of days across my holiday. Good Mood Cycling allowed me to pick the bike up the night before (subject to availability) so that I could make an early start which was really useful. Mountain Bike was in great condition and staff ensured that the bike was sized well. For planning routes I used Strava heatmaps to check out where other people have been MTB in the area and had a couple of really good half day outings.

Rented an e-bike for a day to drive to Capo Testa.
First time riding an electric bike.
The advice was excellent; the bike and its functions/handling were explained.
The saddle height was adjusted, the bike was in very good condition, a pump and repair tools were included. A helmet was also available for rental.
The entire process was smooth and professional.
They also gave some good tips along the way.
Great service, thank you very much. I enjoyed the trip.

Super-coole Typen! Nett, professionell, hilfsbereit! Coole und richtig gute Bikes! Wir hatten zwei Gravels für einen Tag für ca. 35€/Bike. Reparatur-Kit und Pumpe war jeweils auch dabei. Preis-Leistung top! Kaution nicht wenig, aber keinerlei Diskussion bei Rückgabe und das Geld war auch nach wenigen Tagen wieder freigegeben (Barkaution wäre auch möglich gewesen). Wir bekamen den Sattel richtig eingestellt, die Empfehlung einen Helm ebenfalls zu mieten und wir bekamen noch Tipps, was es in der Gegend zu sehen gibt. Der Tipp mit der Höhle im Gebüsch war mega! 😎
