Luca is very kind, helpful and competent. He offers pragmatic and cost effective solutions. My dropper post was broken, so I got a quick fix just to be able to ride. I brought the bike back later and it was quickly fixed (dropper post exchanged) in a very cost efficient manner. I have already recommended the shop to other riders in need in Finale and will do it again.

Cambiato due pastiglie per Cube Stereo One 77 in poco tempo. Alla fine del Rollercoaster sono riuscito a rompere la leva del freno dalla base della pompa. Cambiato anche quella, praticamente in pausa pranzo. Prezzi onesti, veloci. Consigliato.

A solid 5 stars for Cube Rental. I rented a Cube Stereo 77 for a week. The team went above and beyond, setting up my bike exactly to my requirements (UK-style brake levers and flat pedals) and carefully adjusting the suspension to match my riding weight.
My bike was ready first thing in the morning, which meant I could hit the trails without any delay.
The bike was absolutely perfect for the terrain and it was faultless.
They included a spare tube and a lock and offered me tools, but I had my own.

Highly recommended.

Ich hatte einen Schaltwerksbruch an einem Cube Leih-eBike. Obwohl eigentlich schon Feierabend war, hat mir der Inhaber (Luca) ein neues Schaltwerk bis nach Spotorno gebracht. Freundlicher und kundenorienter Service auf hohem Niveau - besser geht es nicht.

Super Service. Fahrrad wurde sofort repariert. Alle Ersatzteile waren verfügbar (obwohl kein cube). Sehr nett und professionell. Wir kamen auch direkt wieder. Auch hier, alles super. Neue bremsen sofort montiert, top! Preise sehr gut.

Fahrradladen ist eine kleine Bar für Kaffee, Bier oder Aperol. Dazu Oliven, Toast und co.. Es war einfach schön.

Hatte einen Schaden an meinem guten alten Cube. Freundlicher Service mit viel Engagement. Schaltwerk und Auge war defekt, wurde alles erneuert, gut eingestellt und daneben gab's noch ein kleines Café in dem die Wartezeit gut überbrückt werden konnte. Preislich alles um Rahmen. Wir waren zuvor bei drei anderen Bike Shops die mangels Ersatzteile nicht helfen könnten.

Habe an meinem nagelneuen Rad vor 10 Tagen meine Bremsbeläge wechseln lassen. Ich habe es nur deshalb nicht selbst gemacht, da ich mich mit den neuen Bremsen noch nicht auskenne. Nach 6 Tagen waren die Beläge schon so weit heruntergefahren, dass ich heute bereits wieder wechseln musste.
Der eine Stern ist für die Schnelligkeit des Services.
Da vom Profi montiert, muss ich davon ausgehen, dass mir absolut minderwertige Ware verkauft wurde. Für 38 Euro ist das eine absolute Frechheit!
Meine Bremsbeläge lasse ich definitiv dort nie wieder wechseln.

Habe mir bei Cube ein Enduro Bike für 2 Tage ausgeliehen und musste es leider nach einem Tag schon wieder abgeben. In der letzten Fahrt ist eine Speiche gerissen, wir sind dann direkt zum Shop gefahren um den Schaden zu melden damit nicht mehr kaputt geht. Der Chef des Shops hat jedoch nur an seinen Feierabend gedacht und war an der Suche einer Lösung nicht interessiert. Selbst auf den Vorschlag einfach nur das Laufrad auszutauschen ist er nicht eingegangen, obwohl im Shop viele passende Räder standen. Haben dann die Räder sehr unzufrieden zurück gegeben. Dass wir am nächsten Tag bereits ein Shuttle auf 9 Uhr gebucht hatten, hat ihn nicht interessiert und uns noch vorgeworfen, dass das nicht sein Problem wäre. Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, dass der Arbeitsaufwand eines Speichenwechsels nur 20 Minuten beträgt. Wir haben ihm sogar angeboten die Speiche selbst zu wechseln wenn er uns die Materialien gibt!!!

Der Mitarbeiter des Shops, der uns am Vormittag bediente war sehr freundlich und bemüht - der Stern geht an ihn!

Schade, dass der Tag mit so viel Stress enden musste. Ich kann den Service nicht weiter empfehlen, der Chef ist sehr unfreundlich mit uns umgegangen und war überhaupt nicht Kompromiss bereit.

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Dämpfer! Luca und Andrea waren sehr bemüht um Ersatzteile zu besorgen und somit Reparatur zu ermöglichen! In der Zwischenzeit hat Andrea aus seinem eigenen Bike seinen Dämpfer ausgebaut und mir geliehen, so dass ich weiterfahren konnte! Toller Service!

I had a flat tire. I've already pushed the bike through the midday heat for 2 hours... finally a bike dealer! I was "lucky" the owner was present. He briefly opened the door and asked me what i want... I explained to him that i forgot my removal tool for the tyre so i needed a new one to finally mend the hole in the tube.. He said he would have lunch break and the only thing i can buy now is a tube...., if i want something else i should come back at 3 o'clock ( 2 hours to wait)....... he closed the door and went away... very unsympathetic... I know Italian hospitality differently

Rented a cube stereo 170 in July 2020, bike was practically brand new. Service was top notch, Luca set the sag to suit my weight (never got this bespoke service in a bike rental before) and changed the brakes set-up without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place .
