Great shop with good gear, but what really stands out is the friendliness of the people! Lorenzo was super helpful with everything, allowed me to test some things before the purchase, also allowed us to sort out one tire and even took the old one for recycling. An absolute recommendation for the shop!
P.S. They also organize community rides and welcome you to join, and offer a free beer if you buy things from the store for a certain amount

Aufgrund eines Schadens an meinem eigenen Rad, hatte ich ein Leihrad gebraucht. Abends, kurz vor Ladenschluss angekommen, hat sich Lorenzo trotzdem in aller Freundlichkeit Zeit genommen, sich mein Leiden anzuhören und gleich meine Maße aufgenommen. Am nächsten Morgen alles weitere geklärt und das Bike geholt. (Lorenzo hatte extra beim shuttle angerufen, dass sie auf mich warten).
Für das Bike (Modell "Base Nato") brauchte ich keine Eingewöhnungszeit, konnte sofort alle (mir bis dato unbekannten) Trails ordentlich durchziehen und hatte meinen Spaß!
Um die Quittung einreichen zu können, bat ich darum, mir ein ordentliches Dokument per Mail zukommen zu lassen, was ebenfalls einwandfrei funktioniert hat.
Hat meinen Bike Trip gerettet, danke vielmals! Bis zum nächsten mal!

Negozio di biciclette molto fornito, le bici sono progettate e create dai proprietari ...le bici da strada vengono personalizzate (progettate e create ad personam).
Noi abbiamo comprato un casco just 1 ed il ragazzo/commesso ci ha seguito tanto con moltissima educazione e preparazione.
Se siete dei patiti delle bici vi consiglio assolutamente questo negozio per cortesia, professionalità e qualità dei materiali.

Needed bit of help with motorcycle handlebars to deal with the beautiful Italian roads. They had some spare handlebar tape and he presto! They even put it on the bike for me! No more soar hands. Mille Grazie!
