Recién llegado a casa de bikear unos días en Finale. Aunque no soy un gran biker, si que se reconocer la profesionalidad, y Fabrizio y su equipo lo son. Primero reviso nuestras bicis asegurando que el equipo estaba en orden, después nos llevó a un track sencillo par evaluar nuestro nivel y ya durante los siguientes días hizo de guía, monitor y amigo. Un gran profesional y una gran persona, conoce todos los tracks hasta sus últimas piedras, los entornos y los mejores sitios donde “repostar”. Sin duda Fabrizio es muy recomendable. Muchas gracias por cuidarme tan bien!!!

Wat een professionele, enthousiaste en super organisatie. Na 1 dag alleen op pad te zijn geweest (wat uitmondde in veel zoeken) op pad gegaan met Fabricio als private guide. Hard gewerkt aan de skills. De volgende 2 dagen tours gereden met Allesandro en opnieuw Fabricio. Fantastisch in 1 woord. De jeep met Sylvia of Massimo bracht je vervolgens naar een nieuw stuk met opnieuw uitdagende en vette trails. Tussendoor gezellige en hele lekkere bikerslunch.

Alessandro was awesome. Really nice guy, fun to hang out with and a great guide. Rode a lot of different terrain all around the back country. Sylvia the driver was very cool and funny and made the uplifts more fun. Had a great lunch in a tiny village, very authentic. 100% recommend both the service and the staff.

Wir haben zweimal jeweils einen halben Tag Alessandro als Guide gebucht (einmal als Familie und einmal solo für den Ambitioniertesten unter uns) und hatten jede Menge Spaß! Er ist super auf unsere unterschiedlichen Skill-Level eingegangen, so dass keiner zu kurz kam. Auch der sonstige Service (schnelle Reparatur meiner Bremse durch Fabrizio und Organisation der Shuttle durch Silvia) war toll und dabei absolut gechillt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A million impressions – I’ll need some time to process them all.

The hard facts:
A full-day tour – 80 km total, about 40 up and 40 down. Perfectly organized and everything ran like clockwork.
A very well driver for the shuttle also.

Alessandro was our guide – he not only knows every corner around here, but can also fix any little issue with the bikes, even out on the trails. The group experience gave me a real “pleasant shiver.”

Alessandro is a top-notch rider and always has great tips. I’ve already booked the next tour for tomorrow – the addiction factor is extremely high.

Wir hatten für einen Tag ein Privaten Guide gebucht. Wegen schlechter Wettervorhersage wurde dar Tag unkompliziert verschoben. Unser Guide Massimo war super, er hat uns Tipps zur Fahrtechnik gegeben und Vorschläge für die Trails gemacht. In Summe war es ein genialer Tag. Leider geht’s morgen schon weiter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A friend and I were on our family summer holiday in the region so we only had a day to explore Finale Ligure. Our day out with Fabrizio was excellent. The trail network in FL is enormous. Navigating from trail to trail is a challenge, especially if you are trying to stick to flow/medium trails, so having a guide is money well spent. We also got a light history lesson and we visited some local cafes for great coffee and pastries along the way. If in doubt, book a tour with these guys. Recommend.

Als Tourenveranstalter sehr gut, da ich bei meinem letzten Besuch im September teilgenommen habe.
Single lifts waren auch gut.

Jetzt im Oktober 2x Single Lift Buchung durchgeführt , 2 x storniert obwohl es im System als ok war.
Langsame Antworten ob jetzt die Buchung stattfindet oder nicht…
Ein anderes online System einzuführen wie bei den 2 großen Anbietern wäre zu überdenken.
Da man ja in der Luft hängt weil 5€ Reservierungsgebühr auch mal im Vorhinein zu zahlen ist.

Ich finde es jetzt ehrlich gesagt etwas lächerlich so eine minutiöse Schilderung darzulegen….

Sie brauchen sich nicht so angegriffen zu fühlen…

Wenn sie schon den Nachrichten Verlauf verfolgen, dann bitte mit richtigen Zeiten…

Nur eine Richtigstellung, die 2te Buchung war um 21:23 abends für den nächsten Tag 10:30.

Um 8:42 Folgetag habe ICH nachgefragt ob 10:30 ok geht, und um 09:41!!!!! habe ich eine Benachrichtigung bekommen das daraus nichts wird….

Ich wollte nur auf ihr „spezielles“ Buchungssystem hinweisen, es etwas Kundenorientierter zu gestalten, es funktioniert wie oben schon geschrieben bei den 2 größeren Anbieter in Finalborgo perfekt. Egal welche Öffnungszeit!!!!

Mit den heutigen Möglichkeiten im Online Buchungssystem sollte es kein Problem mehr darstellen.

Aber klar, in der Hauptsaison gibts massig biker die froh sind wo anders ein Shuttle zu bekommen.

Da ich von ihrer Tour im September und den Guides begeistert war wollte ich ihre „kleinere“ Firma weiter unterstützen, ich war sogar bereit 1,5-2,5€ mehr pro Fahrt zu bezahlen…

Excellent half day guided tour with Alessandro today. Alessandro was very competent, patiently explained my son how to have the right position on the bike, how to enaged in turns,and to overcome obstacles. My son did a huge progress in just 1/2 day!

What. A. Trip.

The riding varies a lot. There are some uphill grinds (thanks ebike) and a few really steep climbs (only possible for me because of my ebike), but it’s mostly descents.

The descents can be rocky, loose, exposed, steep, rooty, with tight switchbacks, and often a combination of two or three of the above. We rode for four days in the dry and any wet would have surely added to the challenges already present. If you want to challenge your perceptions of what you and your mountain bike can do, this is the trip for you.

It’s thrilling stuff with scenery to take your breath away, on tracks well away from the main Finale area for most of the four days.

The guesthouses are comfortable and charismatic in beautiful locations. You’ll be offered more food than you could ever feasibly eat, but it’s so tasty you’ll give it a good go, knowing you need to replenish the energy left out on the trails.

Come for incredible mountain biking, stay for the views — and leave with tired legs, a full belly, a huge grin, and probably already planning your next visit with the team at Mtb Italy.

Exceptional 4-hour guided trip with Alessandro. I was knocking the rust off after surgery and testing out a new ebike; he helped to rebuild my skills and confidence through the day. Alessandro was also clutch at troubleshooting brake issues with the new bike. Highly recommend this professionally run organization. I’ll be back!

Bikes were in good condition and well serviced. Trails have lots of rocky sections, doing some kind of damage will occur over several days of riding, I broke spokes, so shop insurance is a good idea.
Both Masimo and Alesandro provided excellent trail knowledge that was challenging and interesting , but achievable. Adding in coaching along the way, awesome experience.

Io e mio marito abbiamo fatto un tour per l’anniversario.
Esperienza magnifica: Posti bellissimi e la guida di Fabrizio è stata molto brava! Ha capito le mie difficoltà e "paure" da neofita e mi ha aiutata ad andare per gradi di difficoltà. Ha spiegato tutto in modo chiaro e con pazienza.
Nel giro di mezza giornata abbiamo imparato alcune iniziali e basilari tecniche di MTB e ci siamo divertiti e rilassati tantissimo!
Super consigliato!!!
