We rented bikes here last week and it wasn’t a 5 star experience by any means. The bikes are in really rough shape. If you need to rent bikes from here I would highly recommend a very thorough inspection of the bike prior to riding. Despite knowing my weight beforehand the front fork was not set up to factory spec for my weight, which made the first half of my first day really uncomfortable on my hands and wrists. Also- the brakes needed to be bled which caused me to miss my shuttle the following morning, derailing the game plan for our entire group ride; very inconvenient. The brake pads were metal on metal, pistons fully extended. The drive train was also in rough shape and med-low end so if you plan on doing much pedaling, ask some questions. They also had to replace the chain ring because it was dropping the chain constantly which was really frustrating. Also, the tires were basically on their last leg; they weren’t on the correct wheel either. I give them 2 stars because the lady at the shop is friendly though did not offer any sort of apology and didn’t seemed bothered by us missing a day of riding when we traveled very far to ride at Finale. When you rent a bike you expect it to be ready to ride, especially given the price tag on these rentals. The bikes weren’t ready which takes away from riding but it is also a safety issue. I “ultimately” regret not renting where our friends rented their bikes, which were in excellent shape.

Хороший магаз гламурный. Официалы Santa Cruz. Так как владелец таких байков часто заезжаю у ним по вопросам, поломкам в горах и тд во время катки плотной. Оч много байков в продаже, в прокате тоже топ и много ростовок. Из важного! Если будете брать на прокат, мало где написано, Но. 60 евро за пол дня, 90 за весь при этом вы должны залог 1000€ оставить или цена плюс на 20€ выше. И Паспорт или права в залог обязательно.

И экипа и защита , все есть. Можете смело туда звонить и бронить байк если вы проездом на 1-2 дня.

We had. An awesome few days with the crew from the bike shop. A mix of guides all very talented and experienced. We rented bikes and did the back country tours and well as some classics. A great experience all round happy to recommend these guys!

Had a couple of really loose spokes on my rear wheel, which I just realized right before I wanted to take an uplift for my afternoon ride. So I went to the shop, was greeted very friendly and they fixed my loose spokes immediately, took half an hour, pricing was very fair. Perfect customer experience, will come again if I'm in need. Also the location is very convenient, right next to the lift departures.

Great bike shop with real customer focus, plus they speak English.

I dropped by without an appointment to see if they could bleed my brakes - it was busy (October half term) but they managed to fit it in and my bike was ready the same day. They noticed the wrong pads were installed and called me to give me a headsup. They offered to change them and Ricky, the technician was really helpful and took the time to explain everything.

Bike hire was straightforward too - booking was handled over email with quick replies. Price is about standard for a resort hire at €80/day, including insurance for an emtb. Paolo helped set up my hire bike, swapping pedals, adjusting seat and made sure I was happy. The bike handled well overall with only few minor niggles. It held up to the notoriously rough Finale trails and I covered 60km with 1000m of climbing with the 725wh Focus Jam. Highly recommended!

Parking is tight and fills up quickly, suggest getting there early (before 8am) if you plan to park there for the day.

Great bike, but I have to remove 2 stars because of their neglect to rider’s safety. Specifically, the lack of possibility to rent back protection. They do rent helmets, knee pads and elbow pads but according to them back protection is “personal”. As a rider traveling without bike and equipment there is no way to bike safely with them. I strongly suggest offering the back protection like most of the other rentals.

Had some great service from these guys yesterday, managed to fix the problems with my bike fast, kept me in the loop when they found another problem and looked for solutions to repair instead of trying to immediately up-sell me on a replacement part.

Plus perfectly chilled beers in the fridge available for the wait! 🍻
