Excelente atencion de Donika! Rentamos 2 bicicletas electricas, contesta los mails rapidisimo, nos dio rutas y todo lo que necesitabamos para conocer la region del Chianti en bicicleta.

Incluso a mi hijo se le cayo la cadena de la bicicleta y en menos de 30 minutos nos la estaban cambiando, en el lugar en el que nos encontrabamos.

Todo fue perfecto! Altamente recomendados.

I hired a gravel bike for 5 days to explore the white roads in the region. The shop was brilliant at getting the bike set up to my requirements, giving advice on where to ride and helping me on my way. The riding in the area is superb, the bike was perfect, I enjoyed every minute!

The Bianchi road bikes were in excellent condition and handled the rolling hills perfectly. They even picked up the bikes directly from our hotel, which made everything hassle-free. Broke rear axle of my vintage bike when attempting L’Eroica on Sunday. A disaster. Brought the bike to the shop on Monday, Filippo made it all good again ( it took nearly 1.5 h! ) and I rode solo the short version. Turned a disaster into an adventure. Grazie mille!

Outstanding rental experience. We rented two e-bikes and 2 gravel bikes for our group of 4. The bikes are super well maintained (I’ve rented enough bikes to know how important this is). They set us up quickly, and gave us a perfect route. Wonderful in every way - can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience with the team at Bicilettaio when we visited Gaiole in Chianti back in March! The electric bikes we rented were perfect for our tour and in great condition. Cannot sing enough praises for the store and the owners. From my initial contact with you all my questions were answered immediately
The bike was clean and well maintained. Delivery and pickup of the bike was punctual.
Adjustments for saddle, swapping out my speedplay pedals, bringing a garmin mount as I had left mine at home, adjusting saddle to my specifications.
The service was fantastic and I highly recommend that you look no further than this shop for a bike rental.

Absolutely fab rental experience. I hired a gravel bike for 2 days to take in some of the lovely white gravel roads in the area. The bike shop were able to put SPD pedals on the bike and a garmin mount for me. They went out of their way to make sure the bike was setup perfectly for me and even helped me map out a couple of rides to taken in the very best gravel riding the area has to offer. I'd hire again here without a second thought. Super helpful stuff and outstanding service!

I rented a road bike from them – very friendly, helpful, and professional service. Everything went smoothly. They offer a great selection of bikes, especially for those who prefer to pedal under their own power 🚴‍♂️.

Excellent location – easy to reach, and once you pick up your bike, you’re straight into the beautiful Chianti routes. The surroundings are stunning – rolling hills, vineyards, and winding roads with incredible views.

The terrain can be challenging with many climbs, so good fitness helps, but don’t worry – e-bikes are also available for those who need a little boost.

A perfect spot for a true Italian cycling adventure. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience with il BICILETTAIO bike rental shop! The entire process felt easy and stress-free, and we really appreciated how accommodating Donika was when we needed to make some last-minute changes to our booking.
When we arrived to pick up the bikes, the great service continued. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, and the atmosphere felt genuinely enthusiastic. Filippo and his team were fantastic! Amazing service, brand new bikes and great customer service. He even can in early on Saturday to enable us to return our bikes on the way to the airport to allow us to squeeze one more ride in Friday evening. We usually travel with our bikes because most rental experiences are not this great - if they were all like Bicilettaio I would never drag my bike along again.

Excellent experience renting a road bike from Bicilettaio for 3 days. Very good attention to detail on bike fit and service by Filippo and Donika. The Bianchi Sprint I rented was an excellent bike and fitted with 30mm tyres for the gravel! My only regret was not hiring my bike for longer, it simply is the best road biking country I've ever ridden; stunning countryside and beautiful Italian villages. Plenty of variety with white Tuscan roads and excellent climbs, not a question whether I will be back - I will be back!

Best shop !!! Even after working all weekend with the crowds from. L'EROICA- they still were smiling and help with renting gravel bike !!! Best are great- service the best- always rent from them .
