La mejor tienda de alquiler en Bormio. Paolo y su equipo son fantasticos, increibles, geniales. Alquilamos bicis y eran las mejores, nos las repaso por la noche y por la mañana. Servicio mas que excelente, totalmente recomendable.

Gracias Paolo por conseguirme el desviador de mi canyon y ponerme la bici a punto. Se ha preocupado y todo en tiempo record con un precio de todo muy bueno. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si no hubiese sido por él mi viaje se hubiese estropeado completamente por no poder usar la bici en mis vacaciones. 1000 gracias!!!

Todo un desacierto. Lo que normalmente es una reparacion de bajo coste nos cobraron una barbaridad por 5minutos de trabajo.

Servizio veramente eccellente, Paolo mi ha salvato dopo una stupida caduta il giorno prima di dover rientrare in bici a casa e leva destra rotta nel pomeriggio.

Paolo è riuscito a trovarmi una leva compatibile, sostituire il tutto e fare tutte le regolazioni del caso per la mattina successiva e permettermi di partire secondo i tempi previsti.

Veramente bravi, disponibili e con un servizio eccellente!

Ci tenevo a fare una recensione ultra positiva per la professionalità e disponibilità dimostrate da Paolo nel darmi supporto in occasione di una banale caduta da ferma della mia bicicletta che purtroppo a messo fuori uso l'elettronica del cambio posteriore. Oltre ad essere stato estremamente gentile e accomodante, ha dimostrato un estrema competenza nell'ambito delle bici da corsa, ed è stato anche un piacere parlare con lui. A Bormio è senza dubbio il migliore. Grazie

Came here while on a bike tour, because something was wrong with my gear shifter. The super friendly technician took a look and fixed it on the spot!!! He also cleaned my brake discs and removed all stains on my bike… After everything he didn‘t want any money 😳
(Had to force the guy to take my tip)
This is outstanding service and super friendly people 🫶

I ragazzi che lavorano sono gentilissimi, simpatici, molto competenti e soprattutto estremamente onesti con i clienti. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole.
5 stelle sono poche, ce ne vorrebbero molte di più!

P.S. Io ho avuto bisogno di un intervento sul freno posteriore della mia bici che è stato risolto perfettamente e in tempi record (altri prima non erano riusciti).

What a very good service and very friendly people. Paolo and 2 other employees fixed my rear brake. I thought it only needed oil, but in the end it appeared to be broken. So immediately they changed my old brake for a new one for a low price. Multo grazie Paolo

This morning I asked whether they could repair my broken derailleur cable. The mechanic was happy to help. They had it fixed within an hour and I did not miss a day of riding my bike in this beautiful environment! Amazing service!

Waren gerade in diesem Bikeshop, da der Mantel des Vorderreifens eine Beule hatte. Neuer Mantel war uns für das alte Rad zu teuer. Der Mechaniker hat daraufhin einen alten Mantel aus dem Lager geholt und diesen unkompliziert aufgezogen. Schneller und toller Service. Absolut professionell! Und das obwohl genug Anderes zu tun war. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Dankeschön

Paulo in the service department was exceptional. I came in with an OG 5 bolt chainring set up looking for 50/34t rings to swap out my 52/36 oval rings. Last shop that we checked in Bormio that had the necessary parts. Paulo was able to help that day too which I was super happy with. Picked up the bike at end of day and everything worked very well. Thank you Paulo! And he didn’t even make fun of me for my mish mash set-up on my Shimpagnolo drivetrain 😉😉
In all seriousness, I recommend Paulo and this shop very highly. Will be back!

Great customer service. Would highly recommend these guys. We were a big team renting bikes from the UK last weekend and plans had changed multiple times but these guys were so flexible and made is stress free. The staff couldn't be more helpful towards us. The quality of the bikes were great too. Amazing bikes that looked ace too!
