Exzellenter Shop! Vielen Dank für den Sofortservice. Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Schaltung, die nach Ersetzen des Schaltauges meinerseits überhaupt nicht lief. Das neue Schaltauge wurde sofort als Problemursache identifiziert, denn auch, wenn es neu ist, kann es scheinbar krumm sein. Es wurde auch sogleich gerichtet und in diesem Zuge auch noch die Schaltung eingestellt. Hammer! Sehr kompetenter Mechaniker 🧰! Vielen, vielen Dank!

We had an emergency during our bikepacking trip when my chain broke, and we thought our journey had come to an abrupt end. Luckily, we found this bike repair shop in Chiavenna. They did everything possible to help us and fixed the problem in record time, saving our trip.

They could have easily charged us much more or added unnecessary extras, but instead they repaired it for a very reasonable price. On top of that, they were super friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road.

If you have any bike issues while passing through Chiavenna on your bikepacking adventure, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Die einzige Werkstatt im Umkreis von 50 km, die nach einem Felgenbruch am Ebike das passende Rad da hatte. Der Monteur half noch knapp vor der Mittagspause. In 12 Minuten fertig. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das rettet den Urlaub.

Un grandissimo ringraziamento al proprietario, ragazzo disponibilissimo e preparatissimo.
Grazie al suo rapido ma precisissimo intervento sono riuscito a partecipare alla Valchiavenna gravel Escape, godendomi una fantastica giornata. Senza il suo lavoro (ha aperto apposta il negozio per sistemarmi la bici, grazie ancora) probabilmente non sarei nemmeno partito e sarei tornato a casa con l'amaro in bocca.
Nonostante la mia lontananza dal suo negozio, sicuramente tornero'.

The only place near Chiavenna that has 9999% service! (And straightpull spokes)
Stefano welcomed me and just in 15 mins of his lunch time repaired my wheel with Salim spoke : cut the needed size and applied the thread right away, and the price for such service came out unreasonably low! That's why I decided also to buy a rear signal light.
The assortment of bike goods is really smart in the store: whatever the roadie or MTB rider wants, Stefano will offer to the sportsman.
Thanks Stefano & team to open such a store and workshop in Chiavenna, now coming here for a whole vacation I will be 100% calm for the repairments, spare parts, and the apparel or accs if anything is forgotten at home

Ho trovato questo negozio per un problema importante sulla mia bicicletta da cronometro.
il titolare ha fatto quello che non è riuscito a fare il meccanico proprietario di squadra italiana word tour femminile .
