I arrived to rent skis and was told that my reservation was actually made at another branch. However, it wasn’t a problem at all — I still received the skis after choosing the ones I wanted. I was also informed that I could exchange them for a different type during the rental period.

When I later wanted to switch to skis they didn’t have at this location, Matteo picked them up from the other shop in the evening and had them ready for me the next morning. This is customer service at its best! I really appreciated Matteo’s approach and kindness 🙏

Great high end bikes, which are well suited to Livigno. The team in the shop are knowledgeable and really friendly (including a very cool dog).
The shop was close to our hotel so we dropped the bikes back each night for a clean and service, which is all part of the deal.

Superb efficient service. Bike was ready when I arrived and they happily changed the front and back break locations on the handle for me. Bike was great and handled well on the tracks in Carosello 3000

Great selection of Skis and boots. The staff was very welcoming and finding the right pair was a breeze. We decided to change one pair of boots after a day of riding, and there was no problem with choosing a different one.
I used Skialo for the first time 5 years ago and I would chose them again on my next visit too.

Special thanks to Matteo and Luca for their service and professionalism! The staff at Skialo know their job and can provide equipment according to your skill and level.
Had racing skis for two days and then changed them for carving skis with no extra charge!! The guys made the fitting for my boots and had no problems during my rental period. Also a guy from my team broke a stick on a fall and they changed without charging him and understand that those things happen. An action which proves that they are there to sell service and keep customers satisfied than just rip them off for minor damages or after rental adjustments!!
Totally recommend!! Thank you guys for keeping us up on the mountain with no problems!!

Avevo necessità di noleggiare una eMTB, ho guardato vari siti prima di atterrare su Skialo e andare a colpo sicuro. Sistema di prenotazione semplice, pratico ed efficiente, con un super sconto del 20% per prenotazioni online, che lo rende molto più competitivo rispetto ad altre attività nei dintorni. Ottimo il livello delle bici a noleggio (abbiamo preso una Mondraker). I ragazzi in negozio sono gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno accolto col sorriso e, al ritorno, dopo aver restituito la bici noleggiata, mi han permesso di pulire la mia sfruttando il loro sistema di lavaggio.
