Google Hallo, wir haben im Sommer drei Fully-Moutainbikes geliehen. Zwei davon, waren qualitativ so schlecht, sodass wir sie nach knapp 2h fahren tauschen mussten. Dabei waren einfach nur die Bremsklötze abgenutzt, was jedoch wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Fahrsicherheit der Kunden hat. Wissentlich wurden uns jedoch trotzdem solche Fahrräder vermietet. Für den Tausch mussten wir bis an die andere Dorfseite fahren und haben dort die Fahrräder getauscht bekommen, nachdem wir erneut eines mit kaputten Bremsen bekamen. Das neue Fahrrad hatte nun Probleme beim Gänge schalten. Die Mitarbeiter hat das gar nicht interessiert und nahmen es einfach hin, das wir dadurch 1h an Fahrradfahrzeit als auch 1h an Liftzeit verloren, die wir zusätzlich gekauft hatten. Das Problem wurde runtergespielt und stieß auf keine/n Mitarbeiter/Inn, die auch nur im entferntesten Interesse an solch einem groben Fehler hegten. Es werden 55€ für den Tag verlangt und die Kunden sind ihnen so egal, das sie sich kupptest Material ausgeben. Das ist absolut respektlos gegenüber den Kunden, sie so für blöd zu verkaufen. Da merkt man, was man Wert ist.

This summer, we rented three full-suspension mountain bikes. Unfortunately, two of them were in such poor condition that we had to exchange them after just two hours of riding. The main issue was worn-out brake pads, which had a significant impact on the safety of the riders. Despite this, the bikes were knowingly rented out to us. To exchange the bikes, we had to travel all the way to the other side of the village. Even then, one of the replacement bikes also had faulty brakes. The next bike we received had problems with shifting gears.
The staff showed no interest in addressing these issues and didn’t seem to care that we lost an hour of riding time as well as an hour of lift time that we had additionally paid for. The problems were downplayed, and no employee seemed remotely concerned about such a serious mistake. Charging €55 for a day and providing customers with substandard equipment is completely disrespectful. This experience made it clear how little they value their customers.

Quest'estate abbiamo noleggiato tre mountain bike full-suspension. Purtroppo, due di queste erano in condizioni così scadenti che abbiamo dovuto sostituirle dopo solo due ore di utilizzo. Il problema principale erano le pastiglie dei freni consumate, che hanno avuto un impatto significativo sulla sicurezza dei ciclisti. Nonostante ciò, le biciclette ci sono state noleggiate consapevolmente. Per cambiare le biciclette, abbiamo dovuto attraversare tutto il paese. Anche in quel caso, una delle biciclette sostitutive aveva i freni difettosi. La bici successiva aveva problemi con il cambio delle marce.
Il personale non ha mostrato alcun interesse nell'affrontare questi problemi e non sembrava importargli che abbiamo perso un'ora di tempo per pedalare e un'ora di tempo in seggiovia, che avevamo pagato in più. I problemi sono stati minimizzati e nessun dipendente sembrava minimamente preoccupato per un errore così grave. Far pagare €55 per un giorno e fornire ai clienti attrezzature scadenti è completamente irrispettoso. Questa esperienza ha chiaramente mostrato quanto poco tengano ai loro clienti.
Google 2 x lady staff member very, very unfriendly.
A friend of mine rented ski’s from them. On his one a piece of plastic broke off. The first lady staff member wanted my friend to pay for a complete new set of ski’s.
We said no we will pay for a new part. She then phoned the police and walked a way.
A second staff member then came and said OK, my friend only has to pay for the part.
The second staff member then said, but if you took out the insurance it would not have cost you anything. Only problem was that they did not inform my friend of the insurance options available. But then again, my friend could have asked if they have insurance available. What upset us was that they wanted him to pay for a complete new set of ski’s and not the part in the first place. We had to fight with them and I was actually waiting for the police to arrive😡
Google If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not rent your skiis at this place, the staff probably had the worst customer service I have ever experienced we received skiis that on the second day broke where the boot clicks in and when we informed them about it the lady upon arrival was extremely rude and provided no solution other than that we had to pay 700€ for the whole skii, with a two day rental is ridiculous! We then asked to speak to the manager or owner and was the approached by laura who was even more rude and unprofessional than the first lady repeating that we must pay the 700€ or call the police which she then proceeded to do and after 15 minutes came back and said we can only pay 200€ for the part. This to me is very suspicious and is only a money hungry business with no customer service at all! We were not even told about any insurance that could have been taken out to avoid such an interaction overall such a terrible business and company for anyone wanting to rent here stay away as they will only try to force every penny out of you! We will not be renting here again and will not recommend this to any of our friends or family that come skii every year!
Google Worst Customer Service ever!!! Said me, the customer is a liar, so not to change a bike google which glasses were not working well.

If you are a tourist watch out!!!! You will get cheated in this Shop. Never ever again, there are much better bike/ Sport Shops Than This one!!

Google Prendo in affitto una bici , dopo meno di due ore mi si rompe la catena, e solo in quel momento noto che era completamente ricoperta di fango evidenziando poca manutenzione . Mi faccio 6 km a piedi e arrivando al negozio dimostro l accaduto ma trovo solo arroganza adducendomi la colpa! La ragazza, presentandosi come la titolare, non vuole giustificazioni e mi presenta il conto chiedendo la tariffa giornaliera, quando due ore l ho passate camminando senza poter chiamare nessuno in quanto il negozio era chiuso, continuando a dire solamente "sono 110 €"
Leggendo le ultime recensioni capisco le continue lamentele dei clienti che si rivolgono a questa struttura.
Signor Aquila , mi piacerebbe riportare il tono, gli insulti e la maleducazione che ha dimostrato in negozio con la sua compagna ma non abbiamo bisogno di riportarli nel dettaglio per ribadire che se avesse chiamato il numero di cellulare, attivo tutto il giorno, riportato sul voucher avremmo fatto il possibile per raggiungervi con un'altra bike . Le bikes noleggiate oggi sono le stesse che avete noleggiato è apprezzato ieri. Come ogni sera vengono controllate, lavate, e ingrassate come si poteva notare dalle sua mani ben sporche. Buon proseguimento di vacanza!
Google ….bicicletta richiesta per tutta la giornata ma per un problema di salute riconsegnata dopo 2 ore e mezza…..professionalmente e commercialmente parlando sarebbe stato “carino” vedersi rimborsare parte della cifra anticipata anche perché, tra l’altro, la giornata era grigia e piovosa e di certo non c’era la fila fuori per trovare una bici. O forse è proprio questa la ragione….
per fortuna Livigno offre anche altre possibilità di scelta.
Gent.mo Signor Rocca, ci dispiace che la sua giornata in bike si sia interrotta prima del previsto ma come può comprendere il rientro anticipato del noleggio non è da ritenersi motivo di rimborso sulla tariffa prevista. É scritto sul voucher da Lei controfirmato ed è la prassi che normalmente viene applicata anche su altri servizi come noleggio auto, rientro anticipato dalle vacanze ecc ..
Ci auguriamo si sia ripreso e che il maltempo non abbia rovinato le ore di noleggio effettuate .Cordiali saluti
Google Don’t ever rent e-bikes from this store! My wife and I rented two e-bikes from Sport Azzurro, one of which broke while we were up the mountain. After we called the road help services the chain was fixed. However, one hour later the same chain broke again while we were up-hill in an area without phone coverage. We could only descend the mountain, until we got again a phone signal. At that moment we called the store to ask for their help. Their answer was: bring the e-bike without the chain to the nearest store, which we did. The store did not provide a refund, nor a voucher. There are other e-bike rentals in Livigno, save yourself the trouble and rent from one of those instead of Sport Azzurro.
Google Cortesia, disponibilità e gentilezza!! Tutto al top!! Abbiamo comprato abbigliamento sportivo e approfittando della bella giornata abbiamo fatto un giro in bici, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la
bici chiamando il numero trovato sul biglietto ci hanno risolto il problema nel giro di pochi minuti! Sono questi i dettagli che fanno la differenza!! Se non ricordo male il nome, Laura, davvero disponibile! Complimenti!!
Google Very friendly instructors. Especially Mattia and his father. Had a fun time learning and improving snowboarding, at all levels of learning. They are very passionate and make it fun to learn. Would definitely reccomend!
