Bel tour, ma sicurezza trascurata: non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo

Abbiamo partecipato a un tour in e-bike tra le splendide Colline del Bardolino organizzato da questo negozio. Il percorso è stato davvero suggestivo e vario, con panorami mozzafiato, tratti divertenti e una guida – Massimo – che si è dimostrato competente e disponibile durante buona parte del tragitto. Sembrava un’esperienza perfetta.

Purtroppo, però, il finale ha avuto un epilogo tutt’altro che sereno o piacevole: la bicicletta della sposa ha perso letteralmente la ruota anteriore a circa mezz’ora dalla fine del tour. Fortunatamente è successo mentre era ferma per far passare un’auto – e non durante una discesa dove si raggiungevano facilmente i 30 km/h – altrimenti le conseguenze avrebbero potuto essere molto gravi.
Il dettaglio più grave è che la sposa aveva segnalato fin dall’inizio un rumore sospetto proveniente dalla ruota anteriore. Nonostante le ripetute segnalazioni, la guida ha minimizzato il problema dicendo: “Dai, poi guardiamo, sarà il freno.” Purtroppo, non è stato preso nessun provvedimento, e l’incidente ha confermato che si trattava di qualcosa di ben più serio.

A peggiorare la situazione, nessuno ha offerto una reale presa in carico dell’accaduto: né scuse formali né tantomeno una proposta di rimborso o compensazione.
Un’esperienza che poteva essere indimenticabile in senso positivo, si è trasformata in un ricordo segnato da paura e delusione.

Non possiamo consigliare questo tour a chi tiene alla propria sicurezza: la bellezza del paesaggio non può compensare la mancanza di attenzione verso problemi tecnici seri. Siamo grate che non ci sia stato alcun infortunio, ma è stato solo per puro caso.

We hebben vandaag 2 fietsen gehuurd. We werden door een heel vriendelijke meneer geholpen. De fietsen waren prima onderhouden. We gaan de volgende keer zeker weer terug naar deze fietsverhuur

I hired a emtb and a hard tail mtb on separate weeks whilst on holiday. Prices were reasonable and the bikes good and well maintained. The owner is a nice guy to do business with. I'll not hesitate to hire from him when next in Garda.

We managed to hire a 125cc vespa on a very short notice.

The guy serving us was super friendly. We talked a bit about bicycles (they also have a wide selections of bikes and ebikes for rent). He gave us some useful tips and the formalities were quick and easy.

If i come to Garda Next time, and in need of a bike or vespa, I'll definitely pick this shop over a Cople of others located nearby.

Am rezervat cu doua zile înainte doua E-bike și când ajungem la ora 9:40 magazinul era inchis! Am încercat sa sunam nu a răspuns apoi am fost contactați și informati ca ajunge abia la ora 11!
Nu își respecta rezervările!
Dacă nu vrei sa îți pierzi timpul cauta alt magazin!

Worse shop ever.Went there to rent 2 E-bikes during our holiday and 1 of the bike was faulty and almost immediately started to have problems. We brought it back 3 times in the space of 1 hour. The owner of the shop was shockingly rude, yelled at me, would not let me speak and did not refund a penny . Awful experience ; wish I could leave 0 stars on this review .

I did a tour around the lake with my really old bike but I had some serious issues 5 km before Garda.
I searched for a bike service station and came to the Bike Shop Garda.
The boss was really passionated and we repaired my bike together.
After that my bike went way smoother and I was able to speed up my average pace by 1 km/h!

Thank you so much for your help and effort which allowed me to continue my tour as fast as possible.

Ich habe mir gestern ein (Bianchi) Rennrad ausgeborgt und war SUPER zufrieden. Das Rad war bestens in Schuss und wurde optimal auf meine Maße ( ich hatte die Werte vom Bike fitting mit) eingestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kompetenz und Hilfsbereitschaft von Allessio, der die Werkstatt und die Vermietung leitet, aber auch der Chef Carlo ist extrem freundlich.
Gerne wieder und zu empfehlen!

molto gentile e disponibile il proprietario : avevo rotto un cerchione da 26 e, pur non avendolo a magazzino, è riuscito a sostituirlo con 27,5 : montaggio perfetto.. purtroppo il gruppo pignoni dopo 2 giorni si è sfasciato , ma ciò dipendeva dal cattivo assemblaggio del costruttore, non certo dalla ottima competenza del proprietario/meccanico ! Grazie ancora, mi ha salvato gli ultimi 2 giorni sulla Via Silente !

Wer hier ein Bike Mietet muß Lebensmüde sein!!! Ich war da und habe die Schaltung meines MTB Einstellen lassen da die Kette immer vom obersten Rizel Abgesprungen ist. Er meinte ich brauche eine neue Kette (2000 km) hat am Seilzug ein Wenig gezogen. Ich habe 5€bezahlt
Nach ca 3 km ist mir das ganze Hinterrad ausgebrochen. Gott sei Dank Bergauf!
Sonst hätte ich jetzt ein echtes Problem mit meiner Gesundheit

Nuova gestione e finalmente persone cortese e competenti. Ottimo noleggio di biciclette di ogni tipo (city bike, mtb, ed elettriche) e di vespe e un piccolo negozio di biciclette dove si trova competenza tecnica e dove ti risolvono ogni tipo di problema sulla tua bicicletta.

Nicht zu empfehlen, Bremse beim E-MTB bei normaler Tour gebrochen, Fahrrad soll erst 2 Wochen alt gewesen sein, Kosten bleiben beim Kunden hängen
