This company is a scam. I booked a tour. They told me that my day was not available and tried to make me pick other dates. When I asked for a refund they kept telling me they were going to refund and after three weeks I had to get my credit card company involved. They stopped responding but thankfully credit card company refunded my money. Don’t trust them. I’m pretty sure they just take money and hope people will go away.

Da loro ho noleggio le bici per un giro al lago di Bracciano con i figli, grande varietà di bici con o senza pedalata assistita. Il personale è molto cortese ed ho saputo che organizzano pedalate a Roma sull' Appia antica. Ve li consiglio

Showed up and no one was there even after waiting for twenty minutes. When we called they said that the our tour had been cancelled which we had not been informed about even though we booked the tour 6 months ago. At first they said that our tour guide didn’t come into today, then they said that the servers were down and finally they claimed that since they got new management things have been a mess. We’re trying to get a refund but so far no luck.

This bike tour company is a scam. We paid a deposit for an Appian Way Bike Tour then received no communication about where to meet etc. We tried contacting via email, phone, WhatsApp several times with no response. We then cancelled within the required timeframe for a refund & have received no response or refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Glenn is an amazing host! We had an adventure that was unlike anything else we’d done in Rome. It was such a nice change of pace from the crowds and lines. We were able to see and hear history and ask questions, take beautiful pictures, and enjoy a meal sourced locally. The food was very fresh and delicious.
I highly recommend the tour! We did it on impulse and were so glad we rearranged our plans to make it happen.

A wonderful way to get familiar with Rome a delicious lunch and an interesting dove into the catacombs. We had an awesome tour guide and learned a whole bunch.

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir réservé ce tour à vélo à la découverte des aqueducs appiens et de la jolie campagne romaine grâce à Glen et son équipe. Notre guide Bernardo était également très sympa et parlait très bien français. On a adoré le petit apéro 🙂 S'il y a bien une chose à faire à Rome je recommande ce tour à 200%! Glen organise aussi des pic-nics. Bon à savoir 😉

The tour at 09.00 hrs was canceled because of ‘bad weather’ (the forecast had changed to good weather but they had made their decision at least a day in advance) but this was only communicated to us at 23.00 hrs the night before via whats app. Their excuse was they called us once(!) before via an unknown phone number at 12.00 hrs. Not a single excuse, no sorry at all. We were told to take their afternoon tour or cancel.
When we told them we disagreed with how this was handled & this did not align with our plans, they told us they would cancel it and hung up!
Overall very unprofessional and unreliable; I would not recommend this company!!

Perfecto para pasar el dia! El paseo por la Via Apia y conocer su historia, las catacumbas, el paseo junto a los acueductos son experiencias increibles. Gracias a Glen por enseñarnos esta parte de Roma y su amabilidad, vale muchisimo la pena, muy recomendable!
