I could’t recommend Black Lemon E-bikes enough! Linda was by far the nicest person we’ve met in Italy. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs despite not booking a day in advance, and she even gave a discount due to her not feeling the best during our interaction. The bikes themselves were so much fun, easy to use, and handled the steep hills of the Amalfi coast with ease. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Thanks again Linda!

Great time riding E-Bikes to Positano and back. Black Lemon made it super easy to pick up and drop off at a convenient location put 50km on the bikes without draining the battery. It would be nice if the clamps for the seat adjustment worked better but all in all a great time was had. Thanks

Truly an incredible experience.

One of my greatest highlights from my trip to Italy and Amalfi was renting the e-bike, not only because of how fun and easy it was to get around, along with how attentive Black Lemon was… delivering the bike, following up and making sure all my needs were met, though more so, it was having the great gift and privilege of meeting the people who run Black Lemon… genuinely good and kind people. This was a great experience not only in Italy, though in my life, that I will always remember and cherish.
This review is special because it’s beyond the business itself, or the experience of the business, the technicality and/or logistics.. it’s about people.
And this is what businesses need and the world needs, genuinely good people who are not in it for the mere business but for people, genuinely caring and connecting with people.
I was so touched by Linda’s attentiveness, care, her openness and making me feel more than a customer or client, I felt like a friend and family!
Although there can be many businesses that run well, I believe a business goes above and beyond when the foundation is genuine good and kind human beings.
Because of this experience, I left Amalfi with a full heart, and even greater experiences that go beyond exploring, seeing the views and beauty by bike, it was the gift of connecting to good people with good hearts.
I highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!

Highly recommend Black Lemon Bike Rental! The bike was super fast, came with a helmet and injury insurance, and they even delivered and picked it up from my place. Linda was incredibly kind—she explained everything clearly, did a trial ride with me, and generously extended my rental for free when I couldn’t use the bike for part of the time. Amazing service!

Rental process is very easy and well organized (you pay in advance, it's normal). We had the bikes delivered early in the morning and picked up late in the evening in front of our camping. Bikes worked great and we had no issues at all with the battery. The owners explained carefully how to use the bikes and made us try them before leaving: they even checked on us during the day to make sure we were safe (it was our first time with e-bikes). Riding the bikes along the coast has been the best experience!

If you are going to the Amalfi coast, renting out E-bikes is the way to go. Linda with Lemon e-bikes made the whole experience easy. She brought the bikes over to me and my fiancee and gave us a full tutorial on how to use them. Everything with the bikes was very smooth and the bikes are very powerful to go up all the hills. At the end of our trip, Linda again came to pick up the bikes from our location. Best experience ever

We had the most incredible time riding from Praiano to Amalfi and then again from Praiano to Positano. We had plenty of charge left, the bikes felt very solid and extremely safe. Linda was punctual and checked in once throughout the day to check we were okay which we thought was very sweet. Linda also took the time to properly explain how to use the e bikes which makes a change compared to usual bike or vehicle rentals. You don’t have to worry about finding parking, they handle all the hills easily and can strap bags to the cages with bungees included with ease. Could not recommend them more. Last thing, the views are insane and travelling in a car would not do that road justice!

Linda is the kindest and most wondeful woman. We had such a pleasure of meeting her and being able to take the bikes along the amalfi coast. When we ran into an issue with one the bikes she met us where we were in 10 minutes and immediately got us back on the road. We had a wonderful experience renting with Black Lemon E-Bike. Linda and the family were accomodating and very thorough in expalinging the rental process. The E-Bikes were brilliant. Very reliable and easy to use. Using the E-Bike was critical to seeing the Amalfi Coast in a stress-free manner as we could see the coast at our own pace and avoid the massive crowds trying to use the Bus service. Linda suggested a few places for us to see, and they did not dissapoint. We used the bike for 6+ hours, and the return process was smooth and easy. I can't recommned highly enough.

Just do it! It was the best decision to rent with them! Their service is top notch. We initially rented a scooter but didn’t feel safe, so we found this e-bike! It was AMAZING! Highly recommend, we didn’t even need the full power, the e bike is super powerful even on big hills.
