Amazing choice of high quality bikes and even better service when dealing with the people at the front desk. They are incredibly welcoming and kind. I liked that a lot.

My major gripe was that my concern about the tire pressure wasn't being taken seriously when I came to pick up the bike and it ended up staining the experience. I was renting a gravel bike with 700x45c Maxxis Rambler tires. By hand feel, the tire pressure was rather low, I bet around 2 bars. I voiced this and offered to pump it up more myself with a tire pump that has a pressure gauge. The mechanic got agitated immediately and said "the tire would pop if we inflate it more". Clearly nonsense. It was nowhere near the max rating written on the walls of the tire of 4.1 bars - I ride the exact same setup. The result: I got a snake bite puncture 20 km away from the rental shop and had to make my way back in increments using the small hand pump that was thankfully given to me. Could have been avoided by just saying yes and having the mechanic watch me pump a tire for 30s if the trust in my experience is really that low.

Great bike hire shop.

Very friendly staff and great customer service.

Had a problem with my first bike - but they swapped it out within a couple of hours.

I was staying almost an hour out of Alghero - they arranged for it to be delivered and collected.

Would highly recommend them - and the hills down here are pretty special.

Hired a road bike at short notice to enjoy the Sardinian hills around Alghero.

The guys here were brilliant - very responsive, very flexible and the bike was a good quality full carbon and disc brake set up (plus helmet, spare tube, pump, tyre levers and multi-tool - none of which were required!)

Also let me pick up the night before so I could get out early before the full heat of the sun.

Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent bike rental place with super kind & knowledgeable people. I highly recommend renting a roadbike if you are considering it. The kind people there took care of me with advice of routes to do, which highly delivered!

I was also very sunburned when I picked up the bike & they helped me out with arm and leg protection (covers) super affordable. Good people!

Rented a very good & reliable Merida Scultura with disc brakes & mechanical shifting. Super good pricing & got me a couple KOMs on Strava Just as good as my S-Works with Dura Ace!

Very friendly and extremely helpful with the bike rental, and with suggestions and recommendations where to go, and where to eat, etc. We had the best meal of our holiday at the restaurant he suggested. The bikes were well looked after, easy to use, and the hire process was very simple. We would definitely recommend this bike rental.

Per chi vuole qualcosa in più. Che bici ragazzi.. ho usufruito del loro servizio in 2 occasioni : MTB ultra leggera merida big nine (notate..ritirata il pomeriggio prima del noleggio senza sovrapprezzi) per fare un mega giro di 113km iniziato all'alba del giorno seguente; lo sfizio poi di provare per la prima volta una bici da corsa, la vektor athom campagnolo.. ah, hanno anche bici elettriche per chi volesse un po' di supporto nella pedalata. Per godervi Alghero in sella passate di qui mi raccomando

Ho affittato una bici da corsa per un paio di giorni durante le vacanza di Natale: la qualità del mezzo è altissima (Merida Scultura 5000, telaio in carbonio, cambio Shimano Ultegra), ad un prezzo più che onesto (il migliore che io abbia trovato a Sassari e comunque con un rapporto qualità/prezzo piu che interessante). La bici era preparata e registrata perfettamente e il servizio di consegna puntualissimo. Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto.

Ottimo servizio con mountain bike di eccellente qualità! Ho partecipato al tour dell'Asinara e quello del Monte Timidone nella zona di Capo Caccia (Alghero). Una fantastica esperienza con per vedere dei posti che senza l'e-bike difficilmente potrebbero essere visitati!
