Esperienza davvero molto positiva con il noleggio. Abbiamo utilizzato sia lo scooter che l’auto e ci siamo trovati benissimo con entrambi: mezzi molto puliti, ordinati, ben tenuti e in ottime condizioni.
Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la professionalità e la precisione: condizioni di noleggio spiegate in maniera chiara fin dall’inizio, massima puntualità nella consegna e nessuna sorpresa.
Una menzione particolare va sicuramente a Manola, sempre molto gentile, piacevole e disponibile. Oltre alla professionalità, ci ha dato diversi consigli su Alghero e sui dintorni che si sono rivelati tra i più utili di tutta la nostra vacanza, aiutandoci concretamente a organizzarci e a scoprire meglio la zona.
Un servizio preciso e professionale, ma allo stesso tempo caratterizzato da quel rapporto umano e dalla disponibilità che fanno sempre piacere quando si è in vacanza.
Assolutamente consigliato, sia per il noleggio scooter che per l’auto. Ci rivolgeremmo sicuramente di nuovo a loro!

Definitely not the best car rental company.

I rented a Ford Focus for 6 days and paid €675. The car was in good condition, but it already had 92,000 km.

When booking, I requested to pick up the car in the evening and return it 5 days later, also in the evening. However, Manola insisted on delivering the car at 9:00 AM and charged me for an additional full day so I could return it in the evening. Since it was too late to find another rental company, I accepted.

The car was delivered with only half a tank of fuel, which made it difficult to refill it to exactly the same level before returning it. A full-to-full fuel policy would have been much fairer.

Because I had paid for the extra day, I decided to keep the car about three hours longer than I had initially estimated. However, Manola had already booked the car for another customer before my paid rental period had ended. This led to a long and unnecessary argument, as they had effectively double-booked the vehicle during the time I had already paid for.

Overall, the car itself was fine, but the rental process and customer service were disappointing. I would not rent from this company again.

Dear Paul, thank you for sharing your feedback, although we regret your dissatisfaction. However, we would like to clarify a few key points regarding your reservation:
- Drop-off time and location: The 8:45 AM pick-up time was agreed upon at your express written request (as shown in the messages) and not by our imposition. Since you picked up the vehicle in the morning, returning it in the evening resulted in an additional day (rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis). To accommodate you, not only have we applied a discounted rate for the extra day, lower than the standard daily rate, but we have also changed the drop-off location for your convenience.
- Fuel policy: Our policy requires the vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up (in this case, half a tank). You were not charged more than the amount consumed.
- Return management: Our work schedule is organized based on the contractual return times. When she asked us to keep the car beyond the agreed-upon time, we explained that it was not possible to further modify the day's schedule for organizational and logistical reasons, certainly not because of a "double booking."
