Samochód, który otrzymałem w wypożyczalni, był poobijany. Mimo to musiałem zapłacić kaucję w wysokości 100 €, co jest dla mnie niezrozumiałe, skoro wykupiłem pełne ubezpieczenie autocasco. Co więcej, otrzymaliśmy protokół potwierdzający, że pojazd został zdany w takim samym stanie, w jakim go odebraliśmy — a kaucja mimo to nie została zwrócona.
Korespondencja z firmą trwała do momentu, w którym poprosiłem o potwierdzenie transakcji. Od tego czasu kontakt urwał się. Firma twierdzi, że pieniądze zostały zwrócone, jednak do tej pory nie widzę zwrotu na koncie i nie otrzymałem żadnego potwierdzenia przelewu.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam tej firmy.

Overall, the car rental process itself went smoothly and the vehicle return was completed without any issues. The staff was professional, and the return report was signed without any remarks or damage being identified.

However, I am disappointed with the handling of the security deposit refund. As of today, the issue remains unresolved and I have not received a clear explanation regarding the return of my EUR 100 deposit. The responses provided have been confusing and have not fully clarified the status of the deposit.

I also do not understand why a security deposit is required when full insurance coverage has been purchased. Since the vehicle was returned on time and in good condition, I expected the deposit release process to be straightforward and transparent.

While the rental experience itself was positive, the lack of clarity regarding the deposit refund has negatively affected my overall satisfaction with the service.

Bardzo słaby kontakt, trudno ustalić ofertę, a jak się udało i chciałem wynająć auto (którego potwierdzili dostępność), to byli przez prawie cały dzień zbyt zajęci, żeby odpowiedzieć i zorganizować. Zrezygnowałem, nie polecam, strata czasu…

Ich verstehe manche negativen Kommentare hier nicht. Es ist überall üblich die Kaution per Kreditkarte zu hinterlassen...anders kenne ich es gar nicht.
Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden. Das Auto ist uns ins Hotel gebracht worden. Der Service war top. Der Jeep super ausgestattet und fast neu. Die Mitarbeiterin freundlich und zuvorkommend.
