We hired 2 bikes to explore glorious Tuscany in autumn. We were given a custom route on Strava (based on our wishes) and enjoyed our ride very much. As it was a Sunday, bikes were delivered on Sat and picked up on Monday from our accommodation. Bikes were good quality too! Would highly recommend for ppl to get out of their cars and enjoy a day on the bikes

I was able to book and arrange for the delivery of an e-bike from overseas with prompt responses via WhatsApp once in Italy. Stefano was very helpful and the bike was excellent - went on some rough trails over four days and did not puncture.

Doskonały serwis rowerowy. Tuż przed zamknięciem zajęli się rowerem naszej współtowarzyszki. Uszkodzeniu uległo tylne koło, przednie koło oraz błotnik. Wszystko sprawnie naprawione z uśmiechem na ustach i w krótkim czasie. Bardzo gorąco polecam. W tym serwisie dzieje się magia :)

Stefano hired me a gravel bike and designed a route based on a WhatsApp conversation about my experience and objectives. He uploaded the route on a Garmin and I followed it.
The route was magnificent!! Winding through fields of sunflowers and along quiet backroads. I stopped for coffee and croissants in a lovely little town. The bike was perfect and I recommend these guys highly! I would give them six stars if I could.

Fantastic boys!!

We were on a gravel bike vacation in Toscana and my tire exploded. They repaired my tubeless gravel tire directly and in an instant in perfect quality to a very fair price. They are so nice and sympathetic.

I can only recommend them! Thank you very much again, Daniel (? not sure about the name). Best regards from Berlin!!

La bicicletta (Giant elettrica) era in ottimo stato e ben mantenuta, grazie anche all’officina dedicata alla manutenzione e vendita. Il personale, in particolare Stefano, è stato estremamente accogliente, attento alle esigenze del cliente e pronto a consigliare percorsi adatti.
Tornerò sicuramente come cliente e consiglierò il servizio ad amici e conoscenti.

À great experience in Tuscany
Stefano had provided us great advices and a tour for our family (2 bikes and a trolley for 2 kids) across the neighborhoods and a wine degustation and lunch
Nice landscapes and great advices for an almost 40km trip ! He made the trip with Strava and we could add it to our watch and phone too (a phone holder was provided too)
A powerful e bike is very recommended specially with the trolley and kids
A great way to visit the region with a nice staff. Next time we will come for longer time !

Ich habe eine mehrtägige Bike Tour durch die Toskana gemacht. Die eine Kurbel war gebrochen, so das ich die Reise nicht hätte fortsetzen können. Just returned from a 3 week trip to Italy, and have to say that the best part of the entire trip was our week-long ride with E-Bike Toscana. We could not have asked for a better guide than Stefano! There were 4 of us (2 couples) riders and he made sure that given our various abilities, we all had a great time and were able to get the most out of our adventure; and boy was it ever!! Amazing service.
We got two gravel bikes in great condition and ready to go.
A custom Gpx file was provided with a beautiful 50km route that we could sync to our Sports watches and follow the route on a phone mount provided.

Just spent 7d mountain e-bike trip from Florence to Sienna to Massa Maritimma to Coast

Stefano did exceptional job laying out trails. Bikes were in exceptional condition. 5 bikes on 7 days riding and no mechanicals.

So if ever in area you should call these guys up

Ho chiamato più volte Stefano per chiedere informazioni sulle bici e mi ha sempre risposto subito, dimostrandosi molto carino e disponibile. Molto comodo anche il fatto che ti propongano un percorso su misura in base alle tue richieste (lunghezza, difficoltà, tipo di strada, ecc.). Consigliatissimo!

This was a special day for our family. We had an absolutely amazing time. The bikes are high end , the guide Tomasso, was a superb human being, just a quality guy all around and a professional racer. The route was well thought out and the views around Florence was amazing. We strongly recommend using this company for your Tuscany riding experience.

From the first contact with Stefano, I knew this was going to be a great tour. Prompt response, very flexible options and very customer oriented. My guide was Danilo, very professional, i always felt secure and he had a great selection of options. Even when the weather was not great in the morning, he suggested to move our tour to the afternoon, to make this a great event. I would highly recommend this company and these two individuals.

Abbiamo noleggiato 10 e-bike in zona Siena -San Gimignano per un addio al celibato...Tour bellissimo nelle colline/boschi della zona. Proprietari molto gentili, ci hanno spiegato in modo chiaro il funzionamento della bici e dotato di percorso con GPS. Divertentissimo da fare in gruppo..consigliato
