Dalila ist the best! :)
You need to call her to meet, because the store is closed during off-season.
She gave me a lot of recommendations and a really nice route including best sunset-spot and best pizza-restaurant.
She also explains you everything regarding the different zones in Syracuse and where you are allowed to drive.
The scooters are in great condition and I enjoyed driving around a lot.
Also the prices are really good

I can’t speak highly enough about this outfit. They were recommended by my hotel and drove 2 hours at night to Caltagironi to pick me up and bring me back when my car rental broke down. THAT is service! They are totally professional, which counts for a lot in my book.

We huurden 2 electrische fietsen. Vriendelijk onthaal,prima electrische fietsen met groot bereik,goede uitleg. We kregen veel mooie tips over plekken die we konden bezoeken en waar we lekker konden eten. Ligging is centraal. We hadden een mooie dag dankzijn deze fietsen. Bedankt.

Ich war vor kurzem mit meiner freundesgruppe in Sizilien und da man ohne Fahrzeug aufgeschmissen ist haben wir uns auf die Suche nach einer Roller Vermietung gemacht. Nach mehreren Fehlschlägen sind wir auf diese hier gestoßen. In Sizilien gibt es auch das Problem das die meisten Menschen dort nicht gut englisch sprechen können und man sich deshalb nicht gut verständigen kann. Am Telefon war eine Dame welche ohne jegliche Probleme Englisch sprechen konnte. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sympathisch. Vorallem kann man sich super auf sie verlassen. Kaum telefoniert wurden uns alle wichtigen Sachen auf WhatsApp geschickt. Die Dame ist obwohl der Laden eigentlich zu war nochmal zurück gekommen um uns die Roller zu vermieten. Uns wurde alles sorgfältig erklärt und gezeigt. Es gab keinen Stress. Das mieten verlief einwandfrei. Zudem hat sie uns auch Kabel dazugegeben (ohne Kosten) damit wir einfacher laden können.

Kommen wir nun zu den Rollern:
Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Fahrgefühl war super, perfekt für die sizilianischen Straßen. Man hat sich sicher und komfortabel gefühlt. Zwar kam es ab und zu dazu das sich der Akku gelöst hat beim fahren, aber die Dame war super offen und ehrlich und hat uns erklärt wie wir das Problem lösen können. Das mit dem Akku war ein Zeitaufwand von nichtmal 2 Minuten und schon konnte man weiter fahren. Man muss halt auch die Straße mit einbeziehen. Durch die Löscher und Unebenheiten kann es passieren das sich was löst. Die Roller fahren um die 70-80kmh also top für den Verkehr. Die 100km Reichweite waren auch gut wenn man Städte im Umkreis von 30/40minuten besuchen möchte. Es gibt auch in manchen Städten ladestationen, dann kann man sogar weiter reisen. Mir haben die Roller wirklich viel Spaß gemacht und ich kann es mit gutem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Auch die Abgabe lief ohne Probleme. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns bedankt.

Preisleistung: ich kann mich nicht beklagen wir haben 3 Roller gemietet und für 3 Tage pro Roller 150€ insgesamt bezahlt. Da wir zu 6 unterwegs waren konnten sich alle Geld sparen. Man musste eine Anzahlung hinterlassen damit man versichert ist. Die Anzahlung gab es schnell und zuverlässig vor Ort zurück.

Einen kleinen Verbesserungstipp habe ich dennoch:
Das Licht des Rollers ist etwas zu tief auf dem Boden eingestellt so das man im dunkeln ein wenig Probleme hatte weiter in die Ferne zu gucken. Wenn man das vielleicht nochmal höher stellt wäre es perfekt.

Wir bedanken uns sehr bei dir falls du das ließt. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden gewesen!

Come sperato e sognato ritorniamo ad Ortigia per la terza volta e..per la terza volta noleggiamo le bici da Green rent.
E cosi' il detto" non c' e' due senza tre" si realizza in pieno.
Abbiamo preso 2 fate bike ,perfette per i nostri tour giornalieri,ed un giorno, per fare un percorso piu' lungo, abbiamo preso due e- mountain bike.
Due modelli diversi di e- bike in perfette condizioni ad un costo piu' che ragionevole.
Assistenza immediata da parte della titolare,Dalila, che e' intervenuta immediatamente quando ho bucato la ruota posteriore della mia bici,portandomi a domicilio una nuova bici e ritirando quella in avaria.
DALILA, come ho avuto modo di dirle personalmente, e' la punta di diamante di green rent, sempre solare e accogliente, e' una giovane e formidabile donna,imprenditrice, amica dei suoi clienti che cura con un' attenzione ed una disponibilita' piu' uniche che rare..
Amo,uso e consiglio la bici in vacanza ad Ortigia proprio grazie a lei..percio'.. grazie Dalila..aspettaci ritorneremo!

Abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter elettrico da Green Rent e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dalila è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha dato dei consigli utilissimi a pianificare la nostra giornata e ci ha permesso di riconsegnare il mezzo sabato sera, così da farci recare al teatro greco in tutta comodità dopo la giornata al mare. Menzione d'onore alla spiaggia che ci ha consigliato, stupenda. Era la prima volta che utilizzavamo uno scooter elettrico ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, Dalila è stata molto chiara nello spiegarci il suo funzionamento e lo scooter in sé è comodo e semplice da utilizzare.

We rented 4 bikes from Dalila for the day. The bikes were in excellent order & the helmets were clean & fresh. Dalila had a lot of advice on what areas were best to explore. She was a fantastic communicator on WhatsApp when trying to book the bikes & also sending us the places best to visit, locations & links to maps. Highly recommend Green Bikes & the experience. Our favourite area was the cliff top bike trail & visiting the food market. Thank you for such great service.
