Ho chiamato per chiedere di una e-bike con seggiolino per bimbi e abbiamo avuto assistenza COMPLETA dal servizio taxi in stazione, a tutte le informazioni, con tanto di link sullo smartphone pronti per viaggiare! Disponibilità e assistenza no stop. Ho viaggiato da sola con un bimbo di 2 anni, e posso dire di essermi sentita assolutamente al sicuro.

Personale meraviglioso.
Per chi non sa da dove partire..
Questo è un ottimo punto di partenza.

We were recommended this firm by our tour rep for a trip to Noto by car. It's not one of the services they advertise, but we took it on trust and were delighted at the result. Car arrived on time (well a few minutes earlier - all the better), we were able to load in my mother's wheel chair for the trip. We agreed a return pick up time that was absolutely spot on. All in all this was a perfect trip - couldn't possibly ask for any more than we received. The price was very reasonable too - much better than doing an organised trip - and we were able to get to Noto before the crowds.

I had a great time on the E-Scooter, it just gave the end of my holiday a "Dolce Vita"-Finish 😃
The contact was very nice, first by Whatsapp and then in the office. I got provided very friendly with all the information about the E-Scooter, I needed. And above this I got some very nice POI around Siracusa!
I could message if I had a question and got all the help I needed. Perfect service - I can just recommend if you want to get around easy and have some feeling of freedom 😎

THE BEST RENTAL I HAVE EVER HAD!
I rented an electric bike (which is one of the only vehicles that can enter Ortigia freely) and had a great time. Dalila, the owner of the establishment was super helpful, making the whole pre-rent procedure (contracts etc.) really fast and easy. SHE SPEAKS PERFECT ENGLISH! A really important and rare thing for Italy in general. She was kind enough to share locations for beautiful beaches, dining spots, parking lots and everything else we needed to know. We also had the option to leave our luggage in-store in case we wanted to take a walk before leaving Syracuse. I cannot stress this enough but let me try. IF YOU NEED TO RENT IN SYRACUSE YOU ARE DUMP IF YOU DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE. That’s all😁

Dalila è stata molto gentile e disponibile dall’inizio sino alla consegna dello scooter e ci ha permesso anche di depositare i nostri bagagli nello store durante la giornata di noleggio. Noleggiare uno scooter elettrico a Ortigia ci ha permesso di circolare liberamente anche nelle zone ztl.
