My girlfriend already described our experience with this company below. I just wanted to say to the owner - you took money for the reservation, you didn't deliver bikes, when we called you, you were not able to say anything understandable in English. We even asked a random pedestrian who knew both English and Italian to call you and speak on our behalf, but you never answered calls and stopped contacting us. You didn't even offer giving our money back. I just wanted to tell you that I am about to contant police today and they will talk to you on my behalf. Have a good day. You nearly ruined our vacation plans.

We have rented the e-bikes via WhatsApp and pre-paid for them. We went to a pick them up to their non existing bike shop - there was no communication about that through messages - we even asked what time they open and received the reply. We tried contacting the number - do not answers, do not speak English and we received a reply “you have a problem…”. After few messages the person stopped replying or picking up the phone and then blocked my boyfriend’s number. AWFUL! SCAM!
Unfortunately for you, we are calling the police.

Abbiamo noleggiatore le biciclette e ci siamo trovati molto bene: mezzi in ottime condizioni e comodi da usare. Anche il signor Filippo che ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile e super disponibile, dandoci tutte le informazioni utili, anche sul percorso da fare. Esperienza consigliata per viversi il lungo mare in modo diverso!

Dostawa i odbiór pod wskazany adres,obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, plus dobra cena. Właściciel serdeczny i pomocny, Jesli tylko będziemy w Marsali napewno skorzystamy ponownie.

Highly recommended! We rented five electric bikes for six days. It was a wonderful adventure, a great way to explore Marsala and the surrounding area. Delivery and pickup were straight to the address provided, and the service was top-notch, plus a great price. The owner was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely use them again if we're ever in Marsala again.
