Booking e-bikes from Debora at La Fontanella was a pleasure. She was responsive and obliging throughout. The bikes turned out to be exactly as she described and in excellent condition. We had a great day riding up to Lago di Ledro.

Bardzo miła, pomocna I kompetentna obsługa, świetnie zna angielski.
Rowery świetnie przygotowane. Przyjechaliśmy w połowie dnia z prośbą naładowania baterii i nie było żadnego problemu.

Noleggiato e-Bike modello “full” con un gruppo di amici. Bici nuovissime e tenute al top. Titolare gentilissima e fornisce tutte le info utili sulla bici e sui percorsi in zona. Esperienza da ripetere!

Super netter Service, sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Wir konnten die Räder über Nacht behalten, wodurch wir eine längere Tour fahren konnten.

Der Laden ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen lediglich die Räder waren uns etwas zu groß aber wer zu erst kommt mahlt zu erst.
Sie hat bei der Abgabe auch direkt gefragt ob uns Mängel aufgefallen sind, damit diese in Form einer Wartung erneuert werden können.

Bei der Anmietung bitten wir immer, die Fahrräder auszuprobieren, um zu sehen, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Von den Modellen, die Sie sich entschieden haben zu mieten, hatten wir leider keine zwei M-Grössen zur Verfügung, aber die anderen schon. Der Kunde wählt selbstverständlich sein bevorzugtes Bike-Modell.
Wichtig ist, dass ihr den Tag auf dem Rad genossen haben!
Nochmals vielen Dank, dass Sie uns gewählt haben.

Professioneller Service, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent.
Ich hatte ein E-Bike der Extraclasse. Alles hat bestens funktioniert.
Fuhr damit auf 1210m.ü.M. (s.Foto) und hatte danach als ich zurück kam immer noch 37% Batterie verfügbar.
Der Preis stimmt, absolut für das was man bekommt.
Weit und breit in der ganzen Region, das Beste !
Kann ich absolut empfohlen.

The whole experience was great due to how easy it was to get a bike and be on your way! The bikes are in good condition and the staff is there to help you out and give you advice if you don't know where to go on a nice bike tour. If you find yourself in Arco and you want to rent a bike, do pay them a visit as you won't be disappointed!

Ho noleggiato 2 E-MTB da la Fontanella, Debora è stata super gentile sin da subito, ci ha consigliato come utilizzarle e dove andare, ci ha mostrato tutti gli itinerari da seguire è ci ha anche lasciato il suo numero per qualsiasi evenienza.
Alla riconsegna ci ha consigliato dove poter passare la serata per divertirsi, cenare e passeggiare.
Di certo non mancheró di tornare da lei.

Super profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Pani która nas obsługiwała. Załatwiła nam 6 rowerów w ciągu godziny z innych oddziałów. A na końcu trasy w sytuacji awaryjnej załatwiła pomoc spod jeziora Ledro . Fotka kiedy czekamy na pomoc. Tak trzymać. Pozdrawiam

Polecam z całego serca, obsługa na najwyższym poziome, Pani w biurze dokonała niemożliwego i pozytywnie nas zaskoczyła … załatwiła nam rowery z dnia na dzień w ciągu 1h co moim zdaniem było „mission impossible” a potrzeba była 10 szt. chociaż finalnie wypożyczyliśmy tylko 6 szt. … ale to nie koniec tej historii, nasi przyjaciele pierwszy raz jechali na rowerach e-bike i po ścieżkach typu trail, enduro bo pojechaliśmy z Arco nad jezioro Lago di Ledro tą malowniczą i dość trudną trasą wzdłuż jeziora Garda … i niestety przeliczyli się ze swoimi zdolnościami kondycyjnymi i wysiłkiem … nie byli w stanie wrócić na rowerach z powrotem i tutaj po raz kolejny pomoc i obsługa wypożyczalni okazała się profesjonalna i na najwyższym poziomie za co dziękujemy i naprawdę polecamy tą wypożyczalnię !!!
