2,elextric MTB gehuurd voor volwassen en kind van 11. Omdat er geen volwassen MTB op voorraad was, had ik een city bike. Deze was meer dan prima om downhill naar Riva del Garda te gaan. Het was ip een MTB met iets minder vering

On July 8, 2026, I rented a full MTB here. I entered the road for !motorized! vehicles on Tremalso and wanted to ride it down the old military road. Already on the way up I felt my rear wheel shaking a little. During the first 100 meters of the descent I discovered that the rear wheel was in a totally crazy state. It was totally off-center and all the wires were loose. In such a state, the way down was a health hazard. I called the rental company and waited 2.5 hours for the rear wheel to be replaced. Then on the way down I was allowed to control the derailleur. The bike was totally unserviced.

When I wanted to return the bike for a refund, I was told that I wouldn't get my money back, that it wouldn't be worth it, since they had to use up gas to change my rear wheel. So the rental company is committing fraud, renting out bikes that are dangerous to your health and charging you full price for it.

I'll definitely avoid this place next time.

Great team of cycling enthusiasts. We rented e-bikes for the whole family with kids, all worked very well for an all day "Tour de Garda" ;-) Ledro and Garda surroundings do not need any advertising, they are just perfect!

Wir hatten zwei e-bikes - eines mit Ladegerät - für den ganzen Tag gemietet und diese gegen 11 Uhr abgeholt. Bei meinem war die hintere Bremsscheibe verbogen, so dass beim einmaligen Zupacken kaum Bremswirkung entstand. Beim anderen e-bike war den Hinterreifen abgefahren und die Taste zum Reduzieren der Motorunterstützung funktionierte nur selten.
Bei der Rückgabe mussten wir feststellen,dass bei Google 19 Uhr angegeben ist, vor Ort ein Zettel angebracht war, dass bereits um 18 Uhr geschlossen wird. Am nächsten Morgen durften wir dann für jedes der beiden Räder jeweils 15€ nachzahlen.
Hier hätten wir uns mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht, da auch eines der Räder vollgeladen zurückgebracht wurde.
Die Tour war unabhängig davon einmalig schön. Daher noch zwei Sterne.

Nepříjemná zkušenost s touto půjčovnou. Kolo, které mi půjčili, neodpovídalo objednávce a bylo ve špatném technickém stavu – vyfouknuté, padající řetěz, špatné převody. A když jsem ho vracel, chování personálu bylo dost nepříjemné. Nedoporučuji.
