Wir haben uns recht spontan drei Räder ausgeliehen. Ein E-MTB, ein E-CityBike und ein normales MTB.
Überragend freundlicher Service, unkomplizierte Buchung und ein sehr stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir wurden sogar in deutsch beraten (was absolut keine Voraussetzung wäre).
Das Team wirkte sehr motiviert und engagiert trotz der Touristen-Hochsaison. Hier ist man definitiv gut aufgehoben, wenn es um Fahrradverleih geht.
Zu 100% empfehlenswert.
Zusätzlich kann man gegen kleine Gebühren so ziemlich alles mieten, was man für einen Radlausflug benötigt... Helme, Handyhalterungen, Schlösser uvm.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Very rude service. We have used this rental for ten years but won’t be using anymore.

We hired two regular mountain bikes for three hours. After one hour’s ride on an asphalted route, the tire of the other bike broke for no apparent reason. We walked two hours back to the rental. Obviously we were upset as the trip went awry. When we expressed our disappointment, and didn’t even ask the money back, the guy at the rental merely said it is not their job to teach us how to ride a bike or how to mend it. There were no apologies or sympathy, just a very defensive, arrogant and rude response to a very unfortunate situation.

We understand that tyres may break, it is part of the game. But what we do not understand is the rudeness with which the mishap was encountered. We will never use this company again and recommend that others won’t use it either. There are several companies to choose from.

P.s. Helmets and locks are not included in the rental prize.

Firstly it’s not true that you have been using our bikes for ten years: it’s the first time that we see you in our rental. Secondly, we have not been arrogant at all, we just told you that was a pity that you haven’t been able to repair a simple puncture with our repair kit (included with every bike of our fleet).
Third, as you told us to be very disappointed because we didn’t inform you about how to repair/change the inner tube, maybe it was enough to give us a call (there is our emergency telephone number on every bike), but you didn’t make it. You just come back to us, with a super disappointed mood and start complaining about our service. There were other customers next to you during our discussion in the shop, listening to what we were saying each other, and once you went out from the shop they told us (smiling and laughing) “unbelievable do you have often clients like her?”
Not often, luckily for us, but yes, we also have clients like her sometimes. Bye bye 👋
Ps. There are interesting videos on YouTube about how to fix a broken inner tube. Check it out dear lady, never know that you get another puncture shortly 😱😩🤷‍♀️😎

We had a group of 8 fly over from the US and rent bikes from Garda Bike Shop, and the experience was incredible, Carlo and Andrea are the most professional, knowledgable, and kind people. They answered tons of questions via email and got us all the bikes we needed. We even set up a luggage transfer/bike pickup at the other end of Lake Garda on our last day. The selection of bikes is top of the line and you won't find better people to work with. We could not recommend Garda Bike Shop highly enough!

Detoured to riva del garda last minute without bike gear - rented a pair of full suspension emtb’s to bike around the gravel paths in the area - was quick and painless, bike’s worked great, shop staff were friendly and they have a some great road and mtb gear to buy if you need anything. Love to see a shop like this carrying mons royal 👌

Looks like a lot of other reviewers were unprepared - bring your ID and credit card and ideally make a reservation a few days ahead or don’t be too picky with what you get - in the end you’d be fine on anything they have in their fleet.

As a note for others from abroad - like most local shops they are closed for a few hours for lunch (believe it was was 1-3p in this case) so time your day accordingly.

Haben dort ein Rennrad gemietet. Gute Beratung und Qualität der Räder. Pedaltausch kein Problem. Sattel wird vor Ort eingestellt.
Die meisten sprechen englisch. Eine Mitarbeiterin auch deutsch. Gerne wieder.
