Hier ist VORSICHT geboten. Wir haben mehre Fahrräder bei diesem Anbieter gemietet. Bei der Übergabe gab es kaum Betreuung. Die Farräder würden einfach "hingestellt". Meine Gruppe ist schon losgefahren und ich war alleine am Shop mit einem platten Reifen. Ich musste ausdrücklich darum bitten, dass mein Leihrad aufgepumpt wird. Das waren schon erste Warnzeichen, die ich leider missachtet habe. Ich bin dann meiner Gruppe hinterher gefahren und habe bemerkt, dass das Fahrrad sehr schwergängig ist. Der Motor und die Kette waren nicht gewartet und alles sehr schwergängig. Die Kette war komplett trocken und der Motor hat Laute Geräusche gemacht.
Es kam wie es kommen musste: die Kette ist dann gerissen. Das kann immer passieren. Alles OK. Jedoch bei der Rückgabe habe ich mir gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter die defekte Kette gemeinsam angeschaut und der Vermieter hat mir gezeigt, wie alt und verbraucht die Kette war. Kein Wunder, sie musste reißen. Leider war eine vernünftige und respektvolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht mehr möglich und der Vermieter hat auf eine Zahlung ohne Beleg bestanden. Wir haben dann für die alte und defekte Kette 40€ bezahlt. Wir werden zukünftig diesen Anbieter meiden und mieten zukünftig lieber bei einem seriösen Anbieter in Valdobbiadene.

Neuveritelne privetivy pristup. Pri rezervaci nic nebyl problem. Meli jsme nehodu ani vterinu nevahali okamzite vyrazili na pomoc. Jeste nabidli slevu i kdyz chyba byla na nasi strane. Vrele doporucuji… dlouho jsem se nesetkal s tak milym a vstricnym pristupem…Dekujeme👍👌🫶

I had a fantastic experience renting quality e-bikes here! The team, Anna, Luca and Marco were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their service went above and beyond expectations. They not only set me up with a great bike at a very fair price, but also gave excellent suggestions for routes and local spots to visit.

Exploring the Prosecco hills by e-bike turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip – it’s such a fun and sustainable way to see the area at your own pace. Everything was smooth and well organised, and I felt really well taken care of from start to finish.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Valdobbiadene or Treviso area. If you want an active, enjoyable, and authentic way to explore the region, this is the way to go!

Proprietari molto bravi gentilissimi servono tutte le informazioni sul percorsi da fare in caso di emergenza velocissimi sempre in contatto le bici meravigliose abbiamo passata una giornata indimenticabile tra colline mulini boschi dove ci hanno portato le due bici elettriche al avanguardia.....grazie ragazzi

Bellissima esperienza in e-bike nelle colline del prosecco se siete in zona vi consiglio di fermarvi qui. Ragazzo disponibile e preparato ha una vasta scelta..noi abbiamo potuto noleggiare anche l'e-bike per il nostro bimbo di 8 anni che si è divertito moltissimo! Mio marito ha preso il carrello da mettere dietro per l'altra bimba di 2 anni. Ci ha dato anche a disposizione il coprisella imbottito e quindi abbiamo fatto vari chilometri comodamente. Prezzo onesto leggermente inferiore alla media! Torneremo sicuramente!

We recently had the pleasure of renting an e-bike from E-bike asventure, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

The e-bike itself was in excellent condition. But what truly set this experience apart was the lovely people who run the place. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, providing detailed instructions and even a quick demo on how to operate the e-bike.

What really made our day, though, were the fantastic recommendations they gave for local spots to explore. From hidden gems to popular must-see attractions, their insider knowledge made our trip so much more enriching. We discovered beautiful scenic routes, picturesque viewpoints that we would have otherwise missed.

Overall, we can’t recommend E-bike adventure highly enough. If you’re looking for a top-notch e-bike rental service with wonderful people and excellent local tips, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit!
